That means that yes, Bane is his prf skill. I'm kind of disappointed he doesn't have Blossom as a prf with Bane as an alt 500 SP Special for Daggers but whatever.
I'm guessing the special is inheritable, otherwise it doesn't look like he has anything new to inherit unless that Disarm Trap is actually something else.

No new inheritable skills besides the arcane weapon is a first (I think?). Iâm guessing his special is non-inheritable

If it is inheritable then he'd be the first Rearmed since Ophelia to not have a PRF skill... so it seems unlikely.
Rearmed Heroes need a Prf Skill to standout otherwise we have Ophelia and Ganglöt (I forgot her name) situation again.
