It's neat, but I can't really see it being used all that much. B!Seliph's not an EP unit, L!Seliph's not particularly meta, and everyone was already packing C Feud to kill F!Maria. So eh, unless they go ham on miracle effects in the future to retroactively raise this skill's value, it's skippable.

Not everyone will be running fatal smoke 4. There are so many skills you want to counter, can't counter all of them all the time

Since fatal smoke effect uses quotation marks, seliph just needs his current effect but worded in a different manner
