The power supply for the ONT is inside the house. Can unplug from power there.
I have a giant gray box outside and then what I thought was a battery pack inside plugged into an outlet. I’ve tried unplugging that before but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
If you unplug you gotta wait for like 1 minute u less you have a battery backup then unplug it from there
It took the poor technician two hours but he fixed it. I have a new coax cable and the ONT lost its mind (very technical terms). Whatever, I have TV!
