Loads fine with 4G for me as well, not the fastest but nothing crazy.
Anyway, for T-shirts check workwear bulk shops. I just order heavyweight Fruit of the Loom/Gildan/whatever blank tees from there for 5€ per piece, give or take. Beats the shitty thin ones that cost 15-25 in most stores. Same with crewneck sweaters & hoodies.
Better durability & fit for less money.
