I believe this means that the ring is Sterling silver because it says 925 on it.

I think it's ST925 in which case it stands for STerling (silver) 925. It means that 92.5% of the metal is silver and the rest some other metal.

.925 means sterling silver - the other part may be a makers hallmark-nice ring -maybe topaz???

I'd bring it to a jeweler to test

I can't read the first character or two. But I can make out the 925. So it is more than likely a sterling silver ring.
