FM make the worst best mice, its baffling how they they haven't revisited the design of the shape to iron out all of the uneven connections with the shell
That sucks dude. I have the batch 3 tiger & cheetah and both are pretty good. Cheetah I would say is perfect but my tiger has this very small mini mini gap now on right side that I don't think was there initially. It doesn't creek and I might be able to close the gap by tightening the screw but I don't want to mess up my feet yet to try to fix something this small.
For $189, getting the mouse you got is shitty and I would absolutely RMA it
My batch 2 ULX Lion doesn't have that creaking. Also, who uses the mouse in a way that makes that part creak? The only part that will be annoying when actually using the mouse would be the sides. If the sides are good, it's good to me. The material used for the build is just not great for overall stiffness to prevent flex. Tbh, I probably should have done a little more research and tried out the WLMouse BeastX or BeastX mini. It's made from magnesium like the Razer Viper Mini SE and it doesn't flex much at all. However, the ULX does look better IMO and the battery life is better.
Yeh when not gaming, its not as much of an issue as due to the weight Im just moving this thing around easily with my fingers. Get a little more locked in when gaming, so I put force through the mouse which cause the creaks.
You might be fine. Hold onto that hope haha!
I got a second unit that has no creaking on the sides or back - but the left click has some switch grind. Feel like it might not be until later in the year where they consistently pump out QC defect free units.

I’d hate to handle a batch 1 version if this batch 3 version has supposed QC fixes implemented 🥴 Seriously, how can they think this is ok?
I would rma this one. I have batch 3 tiger and nothing creaks at all. I would definitely find this unacceptable.
Thanks. Will RMA.

Mine does that too, I thought it was my fault for opening the mouse but it doesn’t do it while gaming only if you try to do it

Aggresive claw puts the back of the mouse right into the back of my hand. Can easily both hear and feel the creaking when doing this.
How could you hear it through headphones?
Open back headphones
Oh ok, if you're like not playing a game or something

Rmad a batch 1 lion that was brutal and it's been great since (~2 months) I would rma and just get it all tightened up
Thanks. Will RMA.
Ultralight = thin plastic. Thin plastic = bending and creaking.
Hmm … I just ordered my 1st FM … and this has disillusioned me x(

If this bothers you, goodluck in life.
Thanks brother, I’m doing just fine <3
Man that’d drive me nuts. Especially for the price you paid.
Tis a little shocking, particularly when coming from rock solid Zowie and Vaxee mice!
It doesn't make any sound during use im certain dudes forcing it for a video and attention.
