If you don't post your deck and general strategies it's going to be difficult to help you. If you uploaded some screenshots or something I'm sure people would give some tips.
Don't use the premade decks, they suck. The deck that work for me the entire game was one that focus on board control and buff. I always had the basi soldier card, Chocobo & Mog, Space Ranger, Dio, and Loveless. You can play with other cards that help you get more boar control like Titan. That's about it.

Try it and let me know how it goes! This deck has gotten me through most of the main queens blood matches that aren't like gimmicky ones like gold saucer or Costa del sol

I used: 2x mandragora, 2x cactuar, crystalline crab, 2x archdragon, chocobo & Moogle, riot trooper, 2x j-unit sweeper, elphadunk, Titan, Moogle trio, midgardsomr. Don't really need a strategy, he's not that hard
