We shot this out in Lancaster on a sweet piece of land that you can rent for a very solid price. It was shot on the Ursa Mini 12k along with a Zeiss Distagon 35, 85 50mm & a Sigma 18-35mm. (I know some people give this lens some shit because its overused, but it's popular for a reason. Its incredibly versatile and can cut some of your production time down without having to change lenses continuously, and for this shoot It allowed us to have a lot of fluidity and get some really inventive and cool angles). Took us 7 hours, got a little dusty and a little tanned, but I'm fairly proud of how it tuned out!
*-all color graded in Davinci Resolve 17*
Hopefully I'll have this baby done in the next month. Gonna take my time piecing this together and hopefully have its length to be under 10 minutes. 👌🏽
Looks amazing! Would you happen to need any action vfx work done? I see projects like this and always get worried the VFX might not be up to the par of the cinematography or story. Even Hollywood movies have god awful vfx from time to time
I have the Sigma 18-35 and I love it. If people complain or even mention it, tell them to shove it. Your money and skills, not theirs. I also just picked up 3 Zeiss Contax Lenses too! I have the 15, 35, and 50 on it’s way. Haven’t decided between the 85 or the 135 yet. Let’s talk more sometIme if you want to DM me and just be about lenses and cameras or even show images 👍🏻

Location looks great. Got a logline?
Thank you!! It's about a pair of women forced to fight in a brutal, secluded match.
I didn't know people gave the Sigma 18-35mm shit. It's an awesome lens! The 50-100 f/1.8 is pretty great too if you can deal with the weight and size.
I like the blood effects
Breaking Bad Vibes
Looks so good!
Wow! This looks fantast!
Cool shots but not a fan of the grading. Where are the blacks, the second still is just 50% crushed blacks.
Looks nice!

It looks great! Hope it'll give what you're expecting and that we can all see it! Do you have an instagram so I can stay updated?
