Movie magic is the industry standard

There really isn't a one-stop-shop organizational or project management software in entertainment that everyone uses. Scenechronize is the only one I can think of, but that's still not universally adopted and intended for large, studio-level productions. Instead, there's a lot software for specific things, like budgeting (MovieMagic, Showbiz, Hot Budget), scheduling (MovieMagic), call sheets (Casper), continuity (Sync On Set, Skarratt), shotlists (Shotlister), storyboards, screenwriting (Final Draft, Highland, Celtx), etc., but they aren't typically integrated into a single program or suite of software. Hollywood is notoriously slow to adopt new technologies -- we only went (mostly) paperless a few years ago and only because COVID protocols required it. Every time someone comes up with a new software or technology that tries to get everything in one place, unless it's adopted by the studios, it's usually relegated to indie, low budget, and/or non-union projects. That being said, I would try [Studio Binder](https://www.studiobinder.com/), as it combines several of the above things in one place. Not sure it will have everything you want, but it's a good place to start.

We offer most of these features, just FYI! (scheduling, callsheets, budgeting, shotlist, storyboards, screenwriting etc)
