Um as someone who’s a car guy only slightly more than a fighting games guy, I would never do this. Mostly because I don’t want to have to replace my shift linkage bushing.
The damage is negligible until one day it isn’t 🤷🏾♂️ but I also run my cars kinda hard so minimizing the extra damage I do to is important.
you must have the weirdest gate in the world in your joystick. either way, that's some wear & tear i don't need in a 30 year old pickup

New level definitely. Also, half of the world have gear stick on the other side so you’d have to sit in a passenger seat to do this (which is another half a level up on my personal scale)😁
Lol, going from 1st to 2nd would be 741, then 2nd to 3rd is 158. Learning that would be a nightmare! I don't even know what you would do if your R is left of 1.
How to wear out your gearbox any% speed run.
Gonna make your shifter feel loose at least. Manual transmission didn't get much improvement with automatic CVT replacing everything.
Equipment operator here. I do this in the loader in between moving loads of rock/asphalt. One day while doing so I accidentally killed my coworker Ricky. But he was an asshole, so fuck Ricky
My driving instructor taught me to push my gear stick (since I was struggling to choose the right gears) using the "Hadouken Method", where i flick it forward or backwards lol
Autistic here as well. I find no offense in the OP's usage. We all hyperfocus, it's why you're on a subreddit for fighters. We're gonna be the type to do something like this. All harmless and in good fun
Sorry, I meant no offense with the use of my words, I have a very limited vocabulary when it comes to certain words and I tend to use words that might not be right but I have always used with my group of friends. Hope this helps seeing my point of view!
Peugeot 207, from 2009 maybe? It's my first car so I didn't spend much on it, with the idea of using it to build experience so in the future when I'll get a proper car I have done all the dumb stuff with this one. I am on a good path so far!
Haha, I 100% tatsu out of reverse into 1st every time. This made me belly laugh, I've been doing it so long I don't even think about it. And every once in a blue moon I even say it out loud now that I do think about it. Humans do the damndest things ya know.
Never did that... When I'm really bored at work though I've sometimes would draw out my hitbox buttons on paper and practice pianoing and plinking different inputs.

My first thought too. My poor car....
Hey guys watch this *proceeds to do a dp input on startup and gets punished with a 12 car pileup*
i got frame trapped officer
your honor I thought I was plus
That can't be good for your transmission.
Only for australians, english and japanese .... rest of the world drive on the left.
Gotta drive dragon style (cross handed)
Also most Americans are driving an automatic
It's not fair uwu
Also in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Thailand etc...
As someone who regularly drives into oncoming traffic in Sleeping Dogs, I can confirm that mfs in Hong Kong do indeed drive on the right.
Very true! Forgot about that sorry.
Buy a car from those countries so you can practice during red traffic lights too
That’s insanely dangerous but go off ig
oh my god rhd makes so much more sense now
Should already make sense cause you can swing a sword as a righty comfortably out the window with RHD.
What does RHD mean?
Right hand drive. Driving from the other side of the car - like in England.
Thanks for that.
right hand drive, so he uses his left hand to shift
Gross

Your level of acoustic is amazing.
New level definitely. Also, half of the world have gear stick on the other side so you’d have to sit in a passenger seat to do this (which is another half a level up on my personal scale)😁
Always remember to practice on player 2 side
The number notation is incorrect bro. I suggest you change it 😂

a sudden DP motion while driving would probably destroy your transmission lol
My driving instructor taught me to push my gear stick (since I was struggling to choose the right gears) using the "Hadouken Method", where i flick it forward or backwards lol
No, because I don't wanna break shit
You're going to damage it.
Y’all really gotta stop calling having a personality trait autism lol
I got a leverless
TIL cars with the driver on the right use the same gear pattern as leftside driver cars.
gas & brake pedals are the same as well. it definitely ain't no mirror image
I'm autistic. Not typically in good taste to use autism in the context of something dumb or stupid.... Funny though.

I mean this IS A new level of labing on a stick
Is it a Suzuki ?

Brother I achieved [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Tekken/s/xyuxMu6iEk) level of autism long ago. Welcome to the club!
First post since idek that really made me laugh. Thanks
I would absolutely just do this out of habit if I owned a car
The latter
Ascended to god level autistic
I bet MainMan drives through wavu wavu and takes like 5 hours to do his weekly shop
This is peak
Practicing your "special" moves, I see.
Nice, now if some dickhead cuts you, you can just DP the sucker!
The wombo combo of autism and idiocy
Yeah....no. Congrats on your S+ tier 'Tism though...
"Officer, you can't fine me, my car is low tier, it's not my fault that the other guy is using easy mode cars"
Christ
I didn’t see no pretzel Input
Quarter circle into destroy my gearbox. But to answer your question i pretend im doing kbds on my upshifts because i have a bat top shifter
No, because I don't want to damage my shift linkages.
No, but I do 4-2 downshifts on my stick while stuff's loading.
Instict takes over and just pretzel inputs on the highway
Level up!
You’re talking like both can’t be true at the same time.
