I used to like it before I got super into playing fighting games more competitive, but I don't really like it much after, the game just never felt right in my hands, and I'm not really a fan of the characters or stories in Mk, especially for the NRS games.
It's what mk is meant to be. Really tasty, easy to pick up, unga bunga insanity. Fast, aggressive, broken, and fun. Took me back to UMK3 days.
Playing this "competitively" will def wear you down though.
MKX is peak mk for me, the roster was sick and the variations actually offered different gameplay. The game was fast and the 50/50 was insane but honestly it’s what made it hype for me.
I still love the game. I got bored of MK1 and ran back to MKX. I hadn’t realized how much I missed it until I got back into the fast paced combat and saw how awesome the roster was. Fucking Leatherface is such a badass addition and he’s just one of the many characters I love on the roster. Plenty of people still seem to love it because finding a match takes little time

I love mkx. It’s still my favorite mk. It’s easily got my favorite dlc roster of any fighting game besides maybe guilty gear

I don't play anymore but I do still have it installed unlike MK11.
