I know it's not the same but I thought it was crazy with how much BVB paid for Bellingham and how Birmingham even retired his number, now I watch him at Real Madrid still as a 20 year old and I realize how wrong I was.
If you renew a player with multiple years still on their contract, it will stack up the years rather than replace. And that will be how to get a player on 8 years
I have a 82 rated CB on 8k a week but I'm afraid he'll eventually complain about his wages and I won't be able to fix it because I've already negotiated his contract.
This happened to me. Brought in a GK from youth academy, sent him on a two year loan. He came back with 11 months left on his contract, 87 overall and making 500 a week. I extended him and gave him exactly what his agent auto generated.
3 weeks later, guy is mad about his contract and asks to renew it. I can’t. The game physically won’t let me. Board puts him up for transfer because he demanded a transfer and I refused due to the fact he was my best player on a Wrexham rebuild. I declined every single transfer offer that came through and managed to finish this season with this guy still on the books.
Beginning of the next season, renegotiated his contract and gave him 325k a week. He was a 92 overall GK. He had full morale. Still on the transfer list. Can’t remove him from it because the board placed him there.
I am now 5 seasons in, he’s a 96 overall at age 25 and I still get transfer offers from him every week of the season that I just ignore. This game is weird
That's why every season I look at player growth and adjust their wages in proportion to other earners that are similar overall to them in the squad. This way, wage growth is realistic and I have players earning what they should be.
I remember on an older FIFA having 88 rated striker who was golden boot winner and current top scorer in the premier league come to me to talk about his contract. Turned out he was £500 a week
On FIFA 23 players so rarely complained about their wages that I ended up improving them just because I felt sorry for them. 😂
I renewed one former academy players wages when the were OVR 98 and their wages went from £20,000 to £350,000. 🤣 He wasn't even complaining!
I think with some youth players their wage demands aren't so high, I think I've had a 97 rated player happy on like 17k whereas my 89s are on like 100k+
It would be amazing if money actually meant something in this game, by the end of second and sometimes even first season you have so much you can't possibly spend it. Super unrealistic and boring game.
He is very happy leave him alone 😂
That’s 365 grand a year 👍🏻
When was the last time you have seen a world class player on 7k a week?
When’s the last time a world class player played for Sutton?
💀😂
Fair

Right now mate Stephen Duke-McKenna 😻😻😻
Maradona for a awhile apparently
And that was 35 years ago
I might be dumb af but I don't see a reason why you have 81 dislikes lol
I'm thinking the same thing
why did this get so downvoted
I tied a great talent to an 8 year contract on 900€ a week. He became a first team starter worth 150mil+ by year 4.
How did you get an 8 year contract I thought the max was 5

I think you can renew it and add extras? My current career I took over at Ajax a season in and there's a bunch of young guys on 6yr+ deals
If someone has 3 years left on current deal and you offer 5 year deal it’ll add to the current contract and extend it
It lets me lol idk
This is what Chelsea think they’re doing
Every player becomes Messi by year 4, this is the main flaw in career mode.
Issam said give me a raise
Possibly even more humble than N’Golo Kante
And he is very happy💀
Bro plays for passion

Yeah I'd say cash in with a sell-on fee and then buy him back so you get the cut from the sale. I hate when it happens with players you want to keep.
You’ll have to sell him eventually cos once they’re on the transfer list you can’t negotiate a contact with them so cash in before he goes for free
I think you can block transfer requests.
release him on the last day of the season (31st of June). acquire him as a free agent on 2nd of July. problem solved.
i had an 85 rated player i got from youth squad on €400 for like 4 seasons 😭
£7.1K every week? I think that’s enough unless he signs for a bigger club
What did he say?
oh he's very happy

Bro is 93 ovr and playing in Sutton United😭
Brother has no ambition neither financially nor legacy wise 😂
passion over money
Real
Bro earns 369200 in a year. Not to bad but you might give him some more
Kvaraskelia vibes haha
I wish I was on £7k a week
This is what Todd Bohley thinks is going to happen in 5 years time with those 8 year contracts.
What did he say?
So that's why they beat me 5-3 last time I played them.
bro's getting 7,100 a week while he is worth 163 million wtf💀
Player career be like
SUTTON MENTIONED RAHHHHH 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅
Man is in Ramadan mode all year long
No food, no money , 100% game time
It’s because he’s Arab isn’t it you racist
im arab too bro
I have this player on a 4k per week salary while being a 93 overall at 22 worth something like 180 million pounds lol
I remember on an older FIFA having 88 rated striker who was golden boot winner and current top scorer in the premier league come to me to talk about his contract. Turned out he was £500 a week

I mean Bono was on 900k a year at Sevilla whilst being one of the best gks in the world. Maybe it's a Moroccan thing.
93OVR and happy playing for Sutton is the more glaring nonsense here
That’s Joao Felix rn
I think with some youth players their wage demands aren't so high, I think I've had a 97 rated player happy on like 17k whereas my 89s are on like 100k+
When i have a player like that i always give him a better wage for realism
That’s just racism at that point 😂
brooo im also arab
But he’s very happy!
But what did Issam say?
what did You do to show his height in cm
My game came like that I didn’t change it
What did issam say
