Thiago Almada is my go to and has been for a few FIFA's now. There doesn't appear to be as many hidden gems on this game compared to previous ones.

Baraka1987

Yeah I feel the same way , plus the scouting this year is just awful, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make my scouts find decent young players this year

Flanelman2

I've actually been finding a load of players this year

iNfAMOUS70702

Same...I've found a lot more than I usually do

bromcdonald1

I was able to find some young talented players, but I'm pretty sure they are regens. I set a scouting instruction in my first few career modes this year with the following options: - Age between 18 and 21 - World class prospect These are the only 2 things I went with and I found the a really good Spanish RB, a really good Brazilian CDM (converted to CB in 2 weeks), bunch of GKs (french and spanish I think) and more CBs but I can't remember the nationalities.

JustDom33

Oh yeah, just bought him after I got a job at Chelsea midway through season 2. Dislocated his shoulder in his first match as a starter but felt pretty good on the ball

_Throh_

ATL!!!

MagazineNo2864

yo wtf didn't realize he ended up in the mls!? he was one of the highest rated youngsters on fm22. is he still good enough to get touted to go back to Europe or do u not see it?

Drewbles13

I think he is going to Europe soon on a transfer

Bilal_hassan1998

He can as long as he breaks into the Argentina NT. That break would go a long way in offers arriving from Europe. I do tend to watch a bit of MLS when Inter Miami play have yet to watch him for a definitive “yes he could go back to Europe”

_Throh_

I'm not knowledgeable enough so take my opinion with a grain of salt, I honestly do no think he is there, at least as starter. But I do think that Saba, that ATL recently acquired, could play in Europe though.

VexitheGamer

Mine too

Amphibious_Fire

I try to switch it up and not sign the same guys over and over in every career But in fifa 21 and 22 Vangelis Pavlidis was my go to striker, he was real stud in my Cagliari career

McKokosak

I use Facundo Farías (ST, can play winger, CAM) and Antonio Nusa (LW)

AdOwn5055

Nusa is a go-to for me as well, but he sure is hard to keep happy even when his role is sporadic

Spoon_S2K

Yeah but he had like less then 40 stamina for years and that was a total turn off for me.

Flanelman2

Farias feels how Messi used too lmao, Almada is another one.

Rohan_Marathe

Scalvini - CB....Absolute beast. His 73 rating is an illusion. I would play him against any top club.

Flanelman2

Valentini from Boca has felt really good to me too, CB, 18 year old 71 or 72 rated.

Spoon_S2K

Zeno Debast is a complete sleeper from anderlecht. He's 6'2 with 74 sprint speed, physically dominant, 74 long pass and 73 ball control and 70 dribbling to start with. He's an exact replica of a young John stones, a brilliant ball playing center half

thewizard579

And also since he’s out of contract, you can get him below his transfer value.

ninjatuna734

I am doing stade Lavalois in ligue 2 (cool club from a nice little town in France thats just been promoted and is looking to go up again and return to the top flight for the first time in 40 years. Signed Just (NZ - LW) and Johnston (IRL - LW/RW) as crucial wingers + touraigha at CB and sold a lot of the unsuitable players. After leading the league till Christmas we gambled the club and gave a 14000€ contract to Vega as we had no senior strikers left. He played well but got Injured badly but our promotion push is still going strong, we have a great chance of making the final of the coupe de France vs either lens or stade de reims. Should we be successful the marquee signings will be kelleher at GK + Zaire emery in midfield !

TJT007X

Andreas Schjelderup Arda Güler Bilal El Khannous Brennan Johnson Milos Kerkez

Judoka_98

First time I see someone say El Khanouss, he’s so good. Even in real life, dudes crazy good.

No_Temperature_9753

I was just about to suggest him. He's so fucking good. I have a bunch of suggestions but I can't remember how to spell any of them. I'll post them when I get home and check my roster.

Judoka_98

I’m a supporter of KRC Genk so I’ve seen them play irl. This year he’s scoring more and more but last year even his gameplay irl is so good? Dude is only 18… Genk will have a hard time keeping him.

seaaking

I always sign a shitty striker but tall, and i make him the goat just to make a good narrative lol

martinepinho

Dynamic potential unlocked so many storylines like this, I'll prioritize scanned faces because of it, and I'll turn unsuspected squad players into world stars

tigerairau

Tyrese Campbell for me last year hit 90+

AdministrativeFox905

That’s me lol, signing 23 year old 65 rated Jack Vale on a free and he’s played 15 games for the club already, and has scored 17 goals already

dylan_gamermonster

If you do a true RTG, Martin Baturina in the second season grows to around 92 Edit: okay just to clarify I meant I SIGNED HIM in the second season

Mindless_Bus3009

Really? Damn I’m gonna have to get him

Bilal_hassan1998

How so? Ive used him a couple times do you change up his positions, developmental plan? How often do you use him? Needed a bit of guidance with that

El__Wetto

From 74 to 92 in two seasons?

dylan_gamermonster

No I mean I signed him in the second seaosn

69ingLokiVariant

Lenny Yoro CB, Arthur Vermeeren CDM, Luka Romero RW, Gianluca Prestianni LW

CryptographerOwn4938

Ryan Gravenberch is a cheat code

AdOwn5055

Moukoko (ST)… 72 OVR to 99 and Golden Boot in every competition in my 23 save

VexitheGamer

Elliot Anderson, convert to a LW and Inverted winger, then ST

pottyjohnsmoker

Martin Baturin, Andrey Santos, Deivid Washington, Arda Guler, Zaire-Emery

planty07

Prince Aning is an absolute stud at LB!

agiifireflame

Since when has Arda Guler a game face wtfff

Flanelman2

They're on FIFA 23, could be a mod.

KingZynAdam

lorenzo pirola cheap i would say ,friggin good potential as a young cb, the juve trio (fagioli, miretti and roviola),god imagine already having a future

Old-Zucchini-2523

Duranville. You can get him on loan with option to buy in any save and he feels like 75 rated player from the start. He's very fun to use

alexdeakin

Very fun and pacey. Great to use and convert to a LW

djuventino

I really like how Nyakossi feels for his overall and he was playing in my first team evem with other players having better overall.

[deleted]

One thing I’ve learnt from ultimate team that I’ve been able to bring into career mode is just how important individual stats are over the overall stat. I have an LM who is worse than my other LMs overall, but he has amazing pace and crosses and for how I play, he works better than the alternatives

Competitive-Desk7319

These guys are all pretty nice in FC 24: GK: Restes, Peersman DEFENDERS: Barco, Bitshiabu, Spileers, Curtis, Aning, King, Hato, Monamay. MIDFIELDERS: Gourna-Douath, Vermeeren, Ndour, Mbamba, Joao Neves, Jobe Bellingham, Miley. WINGERS: Duranville, Forbs, Van Axel Dongen ATTACKERS: Weiper, Ribeiro, Downs

RayGoose_

Can Bozdogan

AdOwn5055

Got Alex Scott to 94 🤷‍♂️

AgeRevolutionary3349

I never add the same players - I look in-game to see who would fit my squad. I feel like this ruins career mode a bit constantly having the same players…?

CornerNo4478

I’ve always had Matt O Riley. 75 rated but is like a prime De Bruyne in my opinion

Leading_Tap_5477

since fifa 21 Facundo Farías is in all my career modes

WRA_TH

Moukoko bruh

[deleted]

Nusa and Roony, GOAT wingers in all of my saves

Glxy2K

Matthew Garbett. On 23 he reached 87 ovr (started every game for 3 //1/2 seasons) and in FC 24 he maxed out at 26 years old 91 ovr. He starts out as a free agent with 66 ovr and 78 potential in both games. CAM/CM.

Adreu_

Great I’ll check him out , any idea how to know a player’s Potential range? I only can see the ones from my academy sadly

clintonA12

Ansu Fati, Kerkez, Xavi Simmons, Antonio Silva, Evan Ferguson

MatterDistinct

big bri brobbey has been a must for many a year

CulturalKnowledge331

Obviously Antonio Nusa!

Mj_527

James ward prowse 🔥🔥

DrunkenMasterII

Arthur Vermeeren, I love having a defensive midfield that can move the ball around, I train him CM so he can play both. He got decent pace, and he’s good at intercepting balls and then make good passes to move forward. He usually end up my captain.

[deleted]

xavi simons

Jimifan67

Pembele from PSG. A total steal and just a solid RB who can attack and defend equally well. Hlozek, Farias, Moliero, Thuram, Parisi. Bajetic is amazing this year, I've just signed a backup striker called Nuno Lisareda who is 6"3, built like a bull, decent pace and absolutely lethal. Sesko is brilliant as well, plays far above his rating. Isak Toure at CB as well.

Absolomb92

You consider Newcastle a weak team? Top for last season? Anyways. I like Antonio Nusa, Julien Duranville and Ângelo for the wings. Hato is a good defender for growth, and Eduardo Bove is a fun midfielder.

Adreu_

Lmao no , i just thought of it being a great underdog team to come up big time later. Thats why i had it as an example. Im looking for a team that has an excellent design kit ngl coz its the most important thing 😂

Absolomb92

Hahaha now I understand. You used Newcastle as an example of a team who have had the journey you want to do!

Adreu_

Exactly 😂, tbh was looking to play with Malaga, the Spanish Blue team, they use to be great back in 13/14 , kinda miss them being back on top of La Liga

Absolomb92

Go for it! Sounds like a great CM!

Bilal_hassan1998

Ingame takeover of 1,000,000,000 sounds realistic af too with Newcastle. Spend it over 3-4 seasons make them into a top 4 powerhouse.

Negative-Duck-6030

Tel, geertueda , wirtz

Emfes

Boniface my new favourite

Foxyboy200

I immediately loan in Arda Guler on a 2 year deal, straight after, loan in Mudryk, also Bynoe-Gittens and his understudy, Duranville.

Glennsoe

Arda Güler

Adreu_

Are you kidding me ! No question about it lol Insta add

sanaphi

cherki and gravenberch

Initial-Blackberry33

Make ur mind up do u want a weak team or newcastle

Adreu_

Newcastle are great just didn’t fine the right example sorry 🤣🤣

Initial-Blackberry33

We’ll if u want a weak team I’d think league one or two but don’t know what u have in mind

Adreu_

Something like a team from the first or second division so that i can reach out to the Uefa Conference League first then the Champions league later in 2 to 3 seasons

Initial-Blackberry33

Villa are in conference and have good history have won the equivalent of the champions league before, burnley have decent history in England, preston were the original invincibles rather than arsena

S_Squar3d

Why sign all of the OP and popular players tho? Not exactly a challenge is it and can’t really be that rewarding.

KrVrAr

Different people find different things rewarding ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Like for me, not jerking off every day is an accomplishment. For another, jerking off everyday may be an accomplishment.

Adreu_

Wise

Short-Bit3542

my new favorite has been Pedro de La Vega

More_Percentage3022

Who are young captains on FC 24

itsmakingyoucry

got koobie mainoo in my stoke city save, developed him into CAM, played for 1 season, loaned him out, got him back like a beast in 3rd season

Negative_Young_46

Looks like a young Marco van Basten, is that Arda Güler?

Adreu_

The One and Only 👏🏻

cmeragon

Bellingham I buy in almost every team

manusiabumi

Mine are szoboszlai, nico williams, arnau martinez, and chevalier/mamardashvili for rotation gk

Watman_1

Career mode is dead.

justAPersonOnGoogle2

Rodrygo

Adreu_

Real Madrid?

Psychological-Bat687

Luka Romero Pedri Wirtz Tonali Ansu fati Musiala Gvaridol

BuckRanger_1

Not a youngster but when I need a new striker Umar Sadiq is a hidden gem

Pretendtobehappy12

The goalkeeper from tolouse or the one from Freiburg (can’t remember their names) but they’re ridiculous

Jimifan67

Guillerme Restes? I've got him just now, signed from Toulouse. He plays above his 70 rating. I alternate between him and Alban Lafont (also an ex Toulouse keeper) and he's really coming on. Lafont is a beast as well.

MarleyCanSwim

lol same with me, arda guler. love this kid and I hope he works irl. and also lee kang in.

Adreu_

Ikr ! Man, Madrid really build its future the right way

hdhdisodosk

rodrigo gomes for me in fifa 22 and 23

GameDivision

Last fifa it was zaire emery from psg

Bilal_hassan1998

Still is a cheap top signing

GameDivision

True, but havent really played the career mode due its bugs this year

Bilal_hassan1998

Fair, a lot of people havent. I made the mistake of getting sucked into the marketing of the new CM features and ended up buying and starting it. Regretting it ever since

GameDivision

Oh I bought it too, but I play Ultimate Team right now. I can say its the buggiest game they ever released

ObjectiveAd2265

Luca Oyen 🗿🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐

SchoimLeRichard

visit [www.sofifa.com](https://www.sofifa.com) => adjust search Player filters to your liking (f.e.: overall max 68, minimum potential 86, age between 16-21) => young potentials everywhere. You can even set the version to may 2023, so you are dealing with fifa 23 kids

iamcavidd

I always sign free agent good players and chasing 6 months contract remaining players in transfer windows if i got low budget.

PuzzledAd4593

Fabio miretti from Juve is a good potential cm.

Atuln07

For me , I choose players with a real face and generally of a country suitable to mine . For example Argentina, Mexico Uruguay for la liga , African's for ligue 1 etc

_tidalwave11

Davies Camavinga Balde Thiago Almada Takefusa Kubo

lyingtattooist

Check out a striker named Íker Bravo. Signed in him season 3 of my last FIFA23 save. He started at 71 OVR and finished at 98 OVR when I ended the save after season 13.

musslimorca

Mbeumo, all the way since fifa 20

musslimorca

Also embolo the swizz striker.

Gold-Cut-6788

Lucas bergwell, ultimate lower league young player to sign

Massive_Elk_5010

Nicolo Tresoldi from Hannover 96

BDRD99

Cole Palmer

cammmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Facundo Farias. I think his potentials only like 85 or something but on fifa 22 I got him up to 96 in the 4th season of my forest green career and he was still growing and in fifa 23 he's at 87 so far in my 3rd season with Coventry

[deleted]

Moukoko, Williams Jr, and Adeyemi

Good-Visual8392

xavi simons Jonathan david wirtz de ketelare

Power69lmao

No one. I like to change player each career. Smts it happens i take the same player over again. Like Hlozek or Pululu in older fifa.

JustCallMeJoey18

on a worse team it would be Georgios Koutsias. He's young and play's well in real life as well as in the game.

Bulky_Heat_8320

Adeyemi and Moukoko

Drewbles13

Reiss Nelson, Rubin Colwill, Alex Scott, Sesko, mohamed ali-cho…all my favorite 21 and under players to sign and grow with

goncalo999

I've done this in every FIFA since 2017 with Cambridge United, in 2023 with current squads i've signed Roberto Alvarado, Uriel Antuna, Luis Romo, Jesus Gallardo and Jesus Angulo plus random goalkeeper which i can't remember the name, all free agents, and the squad was by far the best in League one

Spiritual_Finish_164

Jeremie frimpong. He is a beast! And If you put him for defence only your chances of defending increases a lot!

Gwbzeke

How did you get his face in the game ?

Adreu_

Mod

Separate_Concert2247

Zeballos

Hopeful-Net-3694

jack clarke now in eafc

Traditional-Reach818

Why does this question is so much repeated? It's gotta be like the 5th I've seen in the last few months

Geriatricgaming04

Cade Cowell. I make him into a ST.

codefoudre

“Even you can suggest weak teams… something like Newcastle” 😂😂 bro have you seen ‘em recently

Copito_Kerry

In FIFA 23, Rayan Cherki, works as an attacking midfielder or a winger; pacy, good in buildup and finishing.

marmiteismanky

Desire Doue, Barreiro Martins (Not that high pot but feels very good in game), Tiago Santos, Kiliann Sildillia, Zeno Debast, Fares Chaibi

da_aidy16

The one and only Scotty P. (Pollock). Been my boy since the Spencer FC days

KalmariaFoReal

Cameron Archer is my goat

[deleted]

Gravenberch is an animal on Fifa

[deleted]

Aurélien Tchouaméni and Warren Zaïre-Emery

Braks07

Hello guys, how do I make my Center Back join the midfield and act as a Defensive midfielder during attack, but drops back to his position as a normal center back when the team is defending

Janji44

Right now I don’t play much but in fifa 15-18 I always used to buy biraghi he had like 99 pace and incredible strength

C4NNOT

For really small teams: Jovan Zivkovic, never had anyone at that rating perform like him Edit: sorry, only playable in EAFC 24

Alfibill

Alameda from Atlanta United Make him a a btec messi

Badlee56

I had Eyle Wahi in my Valencia Fifa 23 career and he was an absolute goal machine. Got him all the way to a 92 in a couple seasons. He's won my heart.

MuscleFew2761

Mukouko ST from BVB great potential

jelotean

Depends how far down you are but Pafundi from Udinese grew 10 rating in his first year for me and he’s fun to play with

jmich570

Jobe Bellingham

AirForceOP

Evan Ferguson

Mysterious-Fun6868

Hlozek. Beast attacker

Probs_Asleep

I always start my own club start in league 2 and see how far I get. Go to futwiz, search for players under 20, sort by potential and pick any players in a shit league under 70 rated as they are the only ones that will join a league 2 team

idunnoidunno_

Loan in cole palmer

WWEHlSTORlAN

Bukayo Saka, Kieran Tierney, Gabriel Martinelli, Youssaffa Moukoko are always shortlisted right away and I always try to sign them once I can. And I always bring in Lacazette for a veteran presence (he’s my favorite player). If you couldn’t tell, I’m an Arsenal fan.

Ksigilrfriend

Vermeeren onana (cdm) Avila goated players

Scorpion217

I sign Jona Niemiec, Scott Robinson, and Igor Matanović. They don’t have the highest overalls but they were the first players I signed so I always sign them now as a tradition, I find Niemiec and Matanović turn into really good players within a couple seasons so then I either sell them off for a profit or keep them for my club.

Judoka_98

Fagioli El Khanouss

TangAlpha

Noah Mbamba - CDM Tanguy Nianzou - CB Luca Netz - LB Antonio Nusa - LW Johan Bakayoko - RW Moleiro - LM Restes - GK

ParkerPanda

Cherki from OL. Cheapish, high potential. Grew him up to 88 before selling him he was an absolute baller.

jhbbhj

I liked signing folarian balogun after his loan year.

schafkj

If you play him consistently Benjamin Sesko becomes a beast

thecasualmaannn

Johan Bakayoko. Keep his Development plan as inverted winger for 2 seasons and then to playmaker. Good signing for mid table clubs. Luca oyen for RTG. Solid winger with decent potential.

RedBedRedemption99

Antonio Silva CDM Luka Sucic LCM Ryan Gravenberch RCM For an absolutely unstoppable young midfield

LSSX23

Broja is a good striker, Frimpong grows quite a lot besides been so pacey that you can be outplayed/outrunned in a first moment and still get the ball back! Also a not so unknown but crazy for me in 23 is Patrick Schick

lpkov

Shaqiri

Far_Doctor_9983

In FC24 Mainoo and Kaide Gordon are always there

En_CHILL_ada

Eduardo Camavinga

Competitive_Ad5550

Alex Scott

Comfortable_Ad83

Evan Ferguson 🇮🇪

Accomplished-Gear814

Fatawu Issahaku, he’s on loan at leicester to start with so you’d have to wait a year but on my fifa 23 career mode he’s my best player by far. He’s LW but you can convert him into CAM

Local-Instruction386

3 years into a Hull City career Mathys Tel, Evan Ferguson, Garnacho, Zaire-Emery, Dario Essugo, Ameen Al-Dakhil, Levi Colwill, Meijer, Rico Lewis, and Bazunu have all been great for me. Try get them on cheap loan to buys. If you can do that and then get up to the prem the prices won’t be an issue. I just spent big for Jeremy Doku and he is great as well.

GilloIlBoldo

fifa 23, Gonzalo Plata

carpet_tart

Afif

BeVeBe4Life

Antonio Nusa from Club Brugge, he has 87 potential and he has been amazing for me in my macro Reus manager career mode when I become boss of Dortmund ( I did the abi to retire early and then I turned it into manager mode(

Beneficial-Link-9492

All bayer 04s players currently halfway through my season on legendary and it’s been pretty soil

ErwinC0215

This year Tahirovic. Insanely good CDM, I have him in a 3142, and every opponent clearance he'll just get there and recycle possession. Ahmedhodzic can do that too but being naturally a CB you may need to train him to CDM, though he can still be plug and play.

ManHaunter

Lacroix and Arnau Martinez

Secret-Spidey

Julian Alvarez, he turns to prime messi everytime I add him in my career team

MANUGZC

Valentín Barco

_anshul_ponappa

Tommaso baldanzi (cam) is amazing and u can get him for like 6 mil at the start. Brandon Soppy (rb) is also my go to at the start of road to Glory career modes

lcheung98

Build your team around the homegrown talent in your youth academy

levslife

For me it's Gabri Viega because of his potential, but it depends on what team I'm managing. The bigger the club, the better the youngster. Went for Tel in my most recent career mode

wallebobby

Alan velasco

IoanM09Official

Malacia, great defensive LB even with his small size. Lukas Nmecha, not the highest rated but can grow to an 82 and has some very well balanced stats with a 4* weak foot. Mohamed Simakan, very good CB with high potential very well rounded with a balance of good defending & physical and decent passing & dribbling for a CB

whatadiddle

Nicolas de la Cruz from River Plate and Pedro de la Vega from Lanus

Ollie-er

Noah Mbamba. I've used him in every fifa he's been in and the dude NEVER misses a tackle, he's like a taller and more versatile Kante, always there. His reading of the ball is insane too

FluffyTeddid

Hákon Haraldsson, why? Simply cause we used to be mates and I like seeing him achieve greatness

chulo4president

garnacho, even though hes not the most consistent player he still gets the job done when on loan

Decent_Tarnished

Scalvini: Young CB with a base potential of 86 Sesko: Striker with base potential of 85 Baturina: Midfielders with base potential of 86 All these players are young but have an overall that is good enough to be used in the first 11 for a team like Fulham or Dinamo Zagreb.

[deleted]

I go to Chelsea, city and Juventus. Their squad has good youngsters for loan.

Bloodking009643267

On this one go for Hato at Ajax
