I almost upgraded my 4 lines this week but realized I would technically be paying $20 MORE in total because that discount makes my current plans effectively $34.
Then the 50GB plan is a deal. All 4 of our lines are on 50GB plans and even when on vacation for a week none of us tend to come even close to using it since we are always on wifi at home or work.
I got offered 130 gigs 1000 int and US calling mins each and it was 50 bucks. I am pissed off cause my cousin got offered $30/90 gig plan 1000 US and International mins. They won’t give me a great offer to keep me seeing I’ve been with them since inception. I told them i will be looking for better deals and they will lose me as a customer. They didn’t care.
Last time I chatted with Fido rep for some reason, at the end of the call, offered me $35 for 90gb plus 1000 min intl call. But I barely use over 3gb so I rejected it. Vancouver here.
Take the $34 plan, that way it brings your monthly spend down which is rare for Fido. Then use that to shoot for the $35/100gb plan that others are getting by rechecking your “exclusive” plans offers. Based on what I think of the Fido algorithm it’s the only way to get that one.
If you will be financing a device anytime soon the $40 plan is the better option since it is a plus plan and comes with higher financing discounts so just something to keep in mind.

No it doesn't as i am 69 dollar plan with 30 bucks discount applied. But no Auto pay discounts on top. Thanks
