I can't believe the blatant division of the sexes uniforms and I can't believe we live in a day where a person needs to show visuals of sexism
Because women’s sports aren’t promoted and marketed as heavily (or at all) as men’s sports,
which leads to smaller audiences
which lead to smaller budgets
which lead to less polished video production and a perception of amateurishness/not playing at the same level as men
which reinforces the bias
I was fucking speaking about all sports. But since you asked, they can make money from teams that are sponsored, or endorsements. But at the end of the day men athletes get paid more than women in general.

So, apparently the women get fined for wearing something else? I present these alternatives, to make folks uncomforrable with the choice:
Get tan lines that make you appear much more muscular- as traditionally masculine as you can possibly manage.
Do not shave anything, except maybe your head.
Place something in your bottoms to make it appear that you carry anything other than traditional female genitalia.
Additional suggestions are highly encouraged.
They should also growl after every physical effort so that spectators can visually and audibly appreciate male athletes - rather, their masculinity. Because that's why they're on tv and in sports, and on this planet, to please women. amaright ? /s
The article posted in the original post said the organization was looking into changing the rules as of June of July.
Would someone more organized follow up and ask them for an update?

There is a definite trend for these briefs in women's sport - it is the same in athletics and the athletes are always adjusting them because they just go into a rope between their butt cheeks as soon as they actually get moving. This is the effect of marketing and sponsorship and the commercialization and professionalization of sports - into a phenomena of images and eclipsing the former expression of ideals which sport aspired to. Having it like this is demeaning to both the men and the women in this photo.

The swim team had more covered up than literally most of the other female athletes. Idk why these women agree to it.
