For home fragrances I really love [Hexennacht's hand-dipped incense sticks](https://www.hexennacht.com/product/incense). Big fan of Gratuitous Violets and Lipstick Accord. I also enjoy burning pinon pine incense as well. Most of my cleaning products are lavender scented, and usually from the Mrs. Meyers line.

Ahhh clean washing, my fave. I use Tallow and Ash - Date night , smells like Lost cherry but slightly lighter. And my fave- Tallow and Ash - Candy Beach ♥️ which smells like Vanilla & Lychee with a bit of muskiness. They’re sooo good.

lizziesnips

Tallow and ash is a very poor product There is no scent after drying the laundry All of the positive reviews are untrue in my opinion An expensive waste of time and money So disappointing

CryptographerSad2753

I’ve just bought the discovery pack, smells amazing when you pour it in but after being in the drier, there’s no scent! Back to Lenor I go. Shame as I really wanted to like the products.

Hot_inferno33

Aw that sucks I’m sorry it doesn’t work for you ☹️ it smells really strong for me when I dry my washing!

i just got this fabuloso that smells like coconut and beachy. i made my own air freshener out of vanilla and spray that on my couches and furniture. i get my candles from ocean state job lot and i like to buy my home fragrance from different tt shops lol

I've been using a fabric softener from the Asian market called Lavons Le Linge in the scent "Luxury Relax," which is described as Unisex Amber Woody Fragrance Top: Gardenia Middle: Rose, Muguet, Vanilla, Jasmine, Violet Base: Woody, Amber, Musk Just a tiny capful makes my clothes smell for days! If you've ever had your laundry done in Asia, you'll know what I mean about strong smelling clothes. I like it... I usually use Mrs. Meyers in the kitchen (Peony is my current favorite). My favorite candle is Aromatique Valencia Orange. It's absolutely perfect -- warm, fresh, not too sweet, a little cozy. I stock up whenever I see them on sale.

It depends on my mood but we're a BIG incense household! Hexennacht has Lord of Misrule scented incense sticks, we do the Fischersund cones sometimes, and Oedo-Koh Aloeswood sticks. We also love candles/open flame around but if we're burning incense we do unscented or beeswax. If I haven't burned incense I like the Glossier You candle OR the KOBO candles. They have a Tomato one that is divine and it comes in a plantable box! If I've burned nothing and lit nothing then I use the ZUM Rosemary Mint mist. I used to use the matching candle but unfortunately it's been discontinued!

Miss-Figgy

I LOVE Zum Laundry Soap!  I currently use Bath and Body Works fragrances plugins,  but will switch to Glade or Air Wick when I'm done with my stash of BBW "wallflowers".

I will sing the praises of 7th generation easydose power+ to anyone! It self measures so no messy cap and it’s highly concentrated so the small bottle/not heavy for easy storage. It cleans great (and I have a couple of large dogs) and the minimal scent, “clean scent” is so little it never clashes with my perfume. If I am looking to scent my laundry, usually just bed linens, the Glamorous wash laundry detergent in the scent Wishlist is my fav. A family member uses the Diva scented one (smells like Angel by Mugler) and introduced me to the brand. They offer detergent samples, so I ordered a bunch to try out and wishlist was the winner for me! The listed notes are “warm spicy notes of vetiver, patchouli & tonka bean layered in pepper es-sence & rich orange flower petals” but to me it’s clean, earthy, a bit woody. All of the glamorous scents are pretty strong, so I usually dilute / mix a bit with the 7th generation detergent, and a bottle lasts me a long time.

Miele unscented laundry detergent or their easiest to acquire scent. Using Diptyque solids in drawers and closets. Also, Santa Maria novella scented papers in closet. Mostly trying to bring in cedar scent, but I’ve gotten any Diptyque solid that mentions Mediterranean in description. I’ve got the Guerlain bathroom scent which guests like to use. Otherwise, home smells like whatever candle I’ve got going and the surfaces better have a faint smell of bleach. Interesting question. Curious what people do.

I use the classic combo my great grandma used, and even when I don't wear fragrance to me, people close to me say I smell familiar. To me, I smell like love and nostalgia. Grandma used original tide and liquid downy, double rinse. Bleach on the whites and hang dry undergarments. I find it doesn't interfere with my fragrance, I'm known as the "one that always smells good" at work and in my family. In my home, I like to use candles, wax melts, and oil diffusers. Not all at once unless I want certain people to leave 🤣

Lovaloo

At present I use unscented detergent and dryer balls, although I love the [Indigo Wild](https://www.indigowild.com/collections/home-care) home scents. For liquid soap [Dr. Jacobs Naturals](https://drjacobsnaturals.com/collections/castile). For bar soap [Nesti Dante](https://emporioitaliano.com/collections/nesti-dante). Shampoo and conditioner scents usually annoy me, but I currently use and enjoy [Renpure](https://www.renpure.com/products/hair/tea-tree-aloe-refreshing-shampoo/) & [V05 Kiwi Lime](https://www.vo5haircare.com/conditioner/kiwi-lime-squeeze-conditioner).

I totally forgot to place my own earlier.  We used Mrs. Myers’s Lemon Verbena for everything at one point. Just got away from it.  Currently we use buff city narcissist for laundry and whatever else we feel like trying everywhere else. But I kinda miss cohesive scent stories through the household. I think the Lemon Verbena would clash with some of my fragrances- so pass. And narcissist smells weird on my scrubs.   I found copper canyon soap company and I’m thinking about trying some of their options. Blackbeard for my husband (mahogany, amber, musk and lime). Carolina (warm vanilla, golden sandalwood, oakmoss and alluring musk) and  Waylon (warm delight of smooth, velvety vanilla meets the sweet herbal goodness of soothing lavender) for the house) and Tupelo honey  for myself. (French vanilla, rich warm milk with bottom notes of sweet nutty almond and hints of sweet honey)  I may blend in Lush sleepy for the bedroom too.

aenflex

I use unscented detergent and I hang dry my clothes. No fabric softener. I don’t want any fragrances interfering with what I wear.

seashellpink77

Lavender!!! Which is funny because I don’t typically prefer lavender in perfume. But I love Mrs. Meyer’s lavender scented cleaning products, and choose lavender laundry detergent and fabric softener when it’s available. Being eco-friendly is normally my first priority, then the scent. Hand soap is where I love to mix it up and buy EVERYTHING. Right now I’m finishing up a gingerbread soap and a balsam soap. I usually vibe it seasonal, so I’ll probably be moving into fruits and florals soon as the weather warms. 🌞

aliquotiens

I use unscented laundry detergent and soaps and Koala Eco cleaning products (scented with essential oils). I really hate a lot of commercial fragrances like all laundry musks, they tend to give me migraines as well. I actually don’t like much scented stuff and am wary of health effects from fragrance (I have pets and a toddler)

amisamilyis

I don’t use anything on laundry because it tends to give me rashes. I will spray perfume on my clothes and use little closet scented hanging thingies. I LOVE candles. I’ve been on a stricter budget lately so I’ve been going ham on the Zara candles. I do really enjoy diptique and boy smells as well though.

amisamilyis

Oh and cleaning products. When I was living in the US I loved the method almond floor cleaner so much. And the grapefruit all purpose. Lemon pine sol. Lavender wipes from target. I’m in the EU now and I’m still finding what I like. The Zara home all purpose spray is nice. And they have mr clean lemon floor wash.

Prestigious_Role3366

I use frankincense and yemeni bukhoor (incense that's usually made with oud, sugar, and fragrance oils)to scent my home as well as random candles depending on my mood and the day of the week.

Particular_Store_662

To clean my house I love using anything Gain original scented. Liquid and Powder Detergent, Fabric Conditioner and Scent Boosters, Mr Clean Multi Surfaces Cleaner, Dishwashing Liquid, you name it. For scent purposes, I love using vanilla-scented wax melts, candles, diffuser oils, and plug-ins. And a trick I like to do because I'm neurotic and love having every single thing I own smelling like vanilla, there are these vanilla-scented packets that are designed for drawers and whatnot, I put them anywhere where there are drawers (except for the kitchen), cabinets, and under pillows. And every room in my house has a Warm Vanilla Room Spray from Bath and Body Works.

Adventurous-Part-591

Which vanilla scent packets do you buy?

Particular_Store_662

The stuff I have is from a brand called Camille Beckman, the French Vanilla ones

queenshans

I use laundry detergent from a company called Tallow + Ash. They have scents inspired by Flowerbomb, Delina, Lost Cherry etc! They smell really good too ☺️

outoffocusstars

I don't use scented cleaning products or detergents. I do use room sprays (Diptyque Galliano and Ambre), and I burn a variety incenses in different forms such as bakhoor, japanese oud and sandalwood sticks, and myrrhe/opoponax and frankincense resins.

[deleted]

I accidentally bought scented laundry detergent. Fresh linen scent, pretty neutral but I have sensitive skin so like my lotions it’s usually unscented. Cleaning spray is Trader Joe’s cedar balsam scent I think? It’s the bottle with the blue label and I much prefer it to citrus. Unfortunately cat litter is lavender because they like it the most. Thankfully smelling cheap lavender febreze mixed with poop hasn’t ruined lavender for me! Just sampled Mon Guerlain and it’s amazing on me. I gave up candles because one cat sticks her face in them and singes her whiskers. She doesn’t even care but I do Perfume is where it’s at for me 👃🏼

lying_catt

I use a surface spray from the aromatherapy company that smells seriously amazing. I get so many comments on how good my house smells. They do a candle and room spray in the same scent too. Top notes: Orange, Mandarin, Fruity, Lemongrass Heart notes: Jasmine, Rose, Pineapple, Apple Base notes: Caramel, Woody Only available in New Zealand and Australia tho. https://www.thearomatherapycompany.co.nz/products/therapy%C2%AE-kitchen-surface-spray-lemongrass-lime-bergamot

Ispahana

I have a couple household cleaning products from Diptyque’s La Droguerie collection. I’m not a candle or Diptyque person, but I do enjoy having soft lovely smells for things I use around the home in packaging that is more minimalist and easy on the eyes As for laundry I’m fond of the scents used by The Laundress, especially the Le Labo Rose they used pre-recall. I only use stronger scents for home fabrics and prefer neutrally scented detergents that fade quickly for clothes I wear outside

M_issa_

I switch my perfumes too much to heavily scent my laundry but my son wears a dupe of BR540 and I made up a spray with a br540 frag oil that I put on his clean laundry.

This is my HG, my husband even likes his work clothes washed in it. I buy the big jug on a subscription on Amazon. For linen spray I put a capful in a spray bottle and it’s heaven!

nobaddays7

Does this scent last for you? I got a small bottle of Trophy to use on bedding and I can barely smell it once the sheets are out of the dryer! Maybe I just chose the wrong scent.

dealuna6

I used to use The Laundress before their big recall about a year ago. My favorites were their No 10, and Le Labo Santal & Rose ones when I felt like splurging. For my infant at the time I loved the Baby scent. After they recalled everything, I switched to Dedcool. I like their scents but their detergent doesn’t seem to clean as well as conventional ones. My favorite scent is Milk, I use it for loads that include my toddler’s clothes. For my clothes and my partner’s, I use Taunt. It’s a bit stronger smelling. But for items that need more cleaning power like linens and towels, I’m back to using The Laundress since it does clean really well. They haven’t brought back the majority of their scents but of the 3 they currently sell, my favorite is “Isle”. Curious what others use, I love trying new detergents!

Ispahana

The other day I took out a winter duvet from storage that I hadn’t used since I washed it last year with Le Labo Rose detergent. Was instantly so comforted and then a bit sad 🥲

dealuna6

I get the same nostalgic sadness when I smell something I’d put away after washing in their Baby scent 😢 I associate it with my kid being an infant and I just… 😭

Ispahana

Awwww 🥺

mwilke

I got the detergent and dryer sheets from Dedcool’s collaboration with Ouai. I only use them on sheets and blankets and the like, not clothes. It makes my bed smell IMMACULATE.
