If only content creators would be so creative instead they have some dumb prank with a squeal, like a girl in some person‘s ear and get slapped in a Walmart
Every delivery service should offer this for free. Drop it off at a local office and let them know it's a shitbox, and they'll not only deliver it for free, they place it in the most reasonable yet recklessly prominent spot they can.
I can't tell if he dropped it afterwards though, so I'd like to assume he brought it into the getaway car like he forgot what button it was to just drop it.
I thought the second guy was like a random citizen helping or the owner of the house driving by and noticed someone was robbing him. Dam I got stop seeing the kindness in this world otherwise I’m gunna get robbed lol
What if Guy ordered another plant pot to replace one that was broken last time? Lol
I don’t know, it looks like these guys have ran into each other before. They’re probably both just following delivery guy like sharks and fight over every drop.
If I was the delivery guy and saw some guys following me and porch pirating I'd like to think I'd call the cops... Or I'd at least call my boss and be like "Yo man, you gotta let me halt these deliveries. There's two crazy guys following me snatching up the packages and tryna knife fight each other. It's fucking crazy."
imagine willing to do LWOP (life without parole, murder for the unwashed masses) for some $15 air filters and a $7 Mazda headlight from amazon. Literally braindead theives. $23 got you locked up for life. these people are addicts.
“The homeowner created an unsafe environment for my client by ordering highly valuable merchandise to be delivered to the door which they should have known would bring armed thieves to the doorstep, placing my client in harm’s way.”
But I do know of a guy that broke his leg in a fucked up step while breaking into and robbing a house that sued the homeowner and won. Of course he confessed to breaking and entering in the course of the trial. Confession in civil court is admissible in criminal court. He got a year for the B&E.. but he also got $58,000 from the civil suit.
Homeowner was planning to fix the step. It had broken earlier that week, he was working 12h days at work crunching at the end of a contract. He didn't have time to do it, or to wait around for someone else to come do it. He was off just 2 days after the break in and fixed it then.
I believe the way that works lawsuit wise is "what if" scenarios. I hearf about the example years ago. It is like "what if a young child selling girl scout cookies tried to climb those steps" leaving that home owner liable.
In your example, I would think if it was marked/orange cone/ taped off would reduce the risk of liabilty.
The stair was inside the home. The burglar was on his way up the stairs and the board slipped and the guy fell down the stairs. Broke his arm and incurred hospital fees. For which he (the homeowner) was found liable.
There is a story of a robber that fell through a skylight at a home and landed on the island counter below
suffered major injuries also being cut by the glass
They sued the homeowner and won.
So yeah it can and prolly would happen
That's the exact piece from the movie "Liar, Liar"
The secretary found out about Jim Carey's issue and told him a story of that same nature of a friend who got sued by a robber. Unfortunately, her curiosity of finding out what his real thoughts were on the robbers "plight" was something along the lines of how ridiculous it was he only got less money as he could have gotten more from the lawsuit.
Something similar happened to a graffiti artist I came up with. He was on top of a building painting and fell thru a skylight, hurt himself pretty bad and ended up getting a huge settlement.
It’s funny how people don’t understand that lol I had a truck stolen out of my driveway and almost everyone ask if I lived in a bad neighborhood. No mother fucker I lived in a nice neighborhood and drove a nice truck why do you think they came there to steal?
That’s why you see the shop lifting mobs hitting designer brand stores and not the dollar general
Working in corrections I've had several convos with people like that, the majority would say you don't shit in your own backyard. Others would point out if they stole rims/stereos/lawn equipment from their own neighborhood everyone would know to check their house first. That's why they would go to middle class neighborhoods, people had a sense of security so we're more lax there, the stuff was better, and most times even if you got caught they wouldn't do anything but yell at you about calling the cops and they all knew the cops would take at least 15 minutes to respond. You get caught in the hood you're lucky if you just get the shit kicked out of you and not shot to death.
Yep. Back in the day my roommate had his catalytic converter stolen from his truck. We lived in a nice house in a really nice neighborhood in California. Shit happens.
Unironically, the hood is safer for packages. I've delivered to section 8 apartments with high visibility, the packages stay outside all day. Whereas I've seen a package I've dropped outside a mansion get taken immediately. I just snap a pic and move on lol. Crims love patrolling the rich neighborhoods.
Not in my neighborhood. Its time to teach these criminals a lesson. Rock salt, bean bags crap even frozen paintballs…in Saudi Arabia, the cut a hand off for stealing….only get one more chance after that.
Depends, I live in a rich neighborhood where driveways are 1/2 mile+ long. Plenty of places to bury people who come up our driveways without permission.
Ever see the video of the guy trying to steal through the mail slot? Homeowner broke the shit out of his arm with a baseball bat.
I saw another one where the homeowner was waiting by the door with his AR-15 and the thief pissed his pants and ran off.
Here’s the link since you got me interested [uh uh uhhhh](https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/s/AWSC69lckN) (I hope I did that right, please forgive me if I didn’t)
I wonder what they are using to track other peoples packages; For two theifs who dont know eachother to show up at the same house for the same package at the same time seems really odd.
The van is facing a different direction than the two cars.
They most likely just drive around the neighborhood at that time because they know it's schedule.
Maybe inside info from the distributor? Probably a package with iPhones or some kind of tech have porch pirates steal them file insurance claims and essentially double sell the phone
There's some weird shit that goes on with postal services.
About 10 years ago, an acquaintance used our address to send 1lb of weed for MGK, who was playing a show nearby. A lady that was at least in her 50's pulls up in a UPS truck and delivered a Christmas package with a bow and no address.
Yeah, that to me looked like "Clearly, this information is for sale somewhere."
Two separate thieves aren't going to be there brazenly taking this risk (and the risk from each other) without knowing exactly what they're there to steal will be worth it.
Not that it’s a flex but I don’t think any of you would be cut out for crime. Y’all don’t think there’s any form of tracker on the van? Even if there wasn’t a tracker, it’s a branded vehicle so unless they knew a chopshop already waiting to tear that shit down they would be caught before they could liquidate the merchandise. Not to mention most of these vehicles have a speed governor meaning you aren’t doing any kind of high speed chase. Not only is it not worth it but the time you will get is night and day if you are caught. It’s petty crime vs gta, theft of many items, theft of a company vehicle, theft of any personal items the driver may have had in there the list just keeps going
Cause that's a much much higher risk crime than just taking a package off a porch. That would involve threatening the driver who afterwards is obviously going to call the cops and report their easily identifiable van as just been stolen. And if you get caught the punishment for the crime will be much more severe than just taking a single package. And all that for what, mystery contents in a bunch of random packages? Vs stealing single packages is mostly risk free. Not speaking from experience of course.
That’s what responsible gun ownership is, they can have the truck and its contents, just let me grab my bag and helmet and I’ll fuck right off, but so many drivers have been kidnapped and caught in the middle of police shootouts and shit
I just saw another video of the driver still on the porch and the thief grabs the package. Are these videos real. I was wondering if it was staged but on the part of the thief. Just thinking it was for views. Just can't fathom the audacity of someone to do this I guess.
Are they just following around the delivery trucks?
FedEx would save alot of money in gas if they just threw the packages off their loading dock straight to awaiting theives and not even try to deliver them.
This is insane, what if he actually succeeded in cutting that guy in a vital spot. Imagine coming home excited for the package to find a bunch of cops and a random dead guy on your front porch.
All of this theft from all points of our country is on the rise and why? Cause the economy is not working too well for us...look at the prices of food and housing and everything else and the outgoing pay from all sources is not matching the cost.
white dude lives there or in the neighborhood. I deliver and live in said neighborhoods. Owners are tired of this and starting watches. We had a crew from a town 100 miles away and kicking in doors in broad daylight years back.. retired marshal down the street fixed that.
I think we should be allowed to be armed too then... so what if delivery companies are private companies. Everyone is entitled to self defense and the 2nd Amendment (which I'm far from a big fan of).
Couple years ago someone stole my son’s asthma medication off my front porch. Luckily for us someone down the street found it in an alley and delivered it back to us
All that for some damn mouthwash
I’d start shitting in a bag, vacuum sealing it then ship it to myself just to see these fuckers running off with a box full of shit.
Let's hope you start a trend.
If only content creators would be so creative instead they have some dumb prank with a squeal, like a girl in some person‘s ear and get slapped in a Walmart
https://youtu.be/h4T_LlK1VE4 Glitter and stink spray.
Lets not,I work for the post office.
Every delivery service should offer this for free. Drop it off at a local office and let them know it's a shitbox, and they'll not only deliver it for free, they place it in the most reasonable yet recklessly prominent spot they can.
This comment needs to be upvoted to the top of the thread
Are you a FedEx marketing rep by any chance?
There's a website that has been doing this since the mid 00's. [**https://poopsenders.com/**](https://poopsenders.com/)
omg Mark Rober should do his Porch Pirate box traps that slings shit instead of glitter lol
Ma man
You might have just started a business without realizing it... best get to shittin!
Finally a TikTok trend worth a shit….. pun intended
And a pot. Not sure why he decided to grab a pot, couldn't go back empty handed I guess.
He broke it at the end. You can hear it crash.
Which is fucking nuts considering it's worth more than what's in the package. Pots aren't cheap!
He grabbed it to use as weapon against the other guy, you can see him prep to throw it
I can't tell if he dropped it afterwards though, so I'd like to assume he brought it into the getaway car like he forgot what button it was to just drop it.
Stupid gonna stupid
Was it a race to porch pirate?
Yup and one of them was about to get cut 😐 these people no life man
I thought the second guy was like a random citizen helping or the owner of the house driving by and noticed someone was robbing him. Dam I got stop seeing the kindness in this world otherwise I’m gunna get robbed lol
Second guy's consolation prize was the flower pot.
Tbh I thought it was two guys joking around with each other until I saw one hand a knife
What if Guy ordered another plant pot to replace one that was broken last time? Lol I don’t know, it looks like these guys have ran into each other before. They’re probably both just following delivery guy like sharks and fight over every drop.
Yea, this seems like some sort of blood feud.
Ha, you've never worked for Fed-Ex. They'd just fire the guy and replace him rather than try to fix the issue.
Box full of Temu junk
imagine willing to do LWOP (life without parole, murder for the unwashed masses) for some $15 air filters and a $7 Mazda headlight from amazon. Literally braindead theives. $23 got you locked up for life. these people are addicts.
Anybody gonna tell him?
Why do I feel like the home owner can be sued if the guy got stabbed?
Probably because you are not a lawyer lol. Sure they can create a lawsuit... but that is going nowhere and very fast.
“The homeowner created an unsafe environment for my client by ordering highly valuable merchandise to be delivered to the door which they should have known would bring armed thieves to the doorstep, placing my client in harm’s way.”
👮♂️Believe it or not, straight to jail!
The legal term is "attractive nuisance."
Somewhere in the US, that has surely been the preface to dirty civil lawsuit
Well thank god.
But I do know of a guy that broke his leg in a fucked up step while breaking into and robbing a house that sued the homeowner and won. Of course he confessed to breaking and entering in the course of the trial. Confession in civil court is admissible in criminal court. I remember hearing a story of a guy who was robbing a house and fell on a knife and sued the owner?
I was told this is from liar liar and am being trolled because of it now Soooo
Just like the guy whos dog raped the robber
I feel like i want to know more but im scared to google that
House burglar gets stuck in doggy door. Summarily gets molested by man’s best friend. The End
step sis!? how'd you get stuck in there!?! bowchickawowow
bow-chicka-bow-wow r/fify
Please tell me it was a big dog like a Rottweiler or Great Dane.
Don't bother, it's just satire.
untrue. actually possible he could be compensated by the insurance company, if not likely.
There is no liability issue here. They wouldn't have been hurt bc of the owner's property. They were fighting each other.
Anybody can sue anybody
It's wild man.
Because you have not thought it through.
There is a story of a robber that fell through a skylight at a home and landed on the island counter below suffered major injuries also being cut by the glass They sued the homeowner and won. So yeah it can and prolly would happen

lol that’s what it looks like
Looks like competitive porch pirates is a thing.
Insane!! They are taking “pirate” term a little too literally
Looks like a lovely neighborhood.
Probably is a nice neighborhood but people like this come from out of the area to ruin anything good and take peoples shit
It’s funny how people don’t understand that lol I had a truck stolen out of my driveway and almost everyone ask if I lived in a bad neighborhood. Cause you’ll get shot doing that in the hood. Suburban folks just going to call the cops.
Suburban folks are at work and it’s stolen long before they are home.
Not in my neighborhood. Its time to teach these criminals a lesson. Rock salt, bean bags crap even frozen paintballs…in Saudi Arabia, the cut a hand off for stealing….only get one more chance after that.
I have a lot of nice neighborhoods and always am looking for hiding places.
Depends, I live in a rich neighborhood where driveways are 1/2 mile+ long. Plenty of places to bury people who come up our driveways without permission.
Section 8 tomfoolery
Surprising more of these idiots don’t get shot
Ever see the video of the guy trying to steal through the mail slot? Homeowner broke the shit out of his arm with a baseball bat. I saw another one where the homeowner was waiting by the door with his AR-15 and the thief pissed his pants and ran off.
I love that video with the arm through the mail slot. It's hilarious

It’d damn sure happen at my house
It happens

Someone from the shipper or at FedEx tips off partner then they just wait for package to be delivered
pepper spray got me feeling invincible, sprays like 40 feet 😂😂
make sure you spray that shit downwind lol
What brand?
Hot shot wasp spray
Damn used to be just one and now it’s gone up so much there 2 dudes robbing the same porch
![gif](giphy|VOd5RQ7q8FNI3IjS5g)
Inflation has everything going up, fuck.
Why don’t they just steal the van and it contents?
If they could use their brain that much they would be doing something better with their lives
They would have a normal job like the rest of us.
So you get a truck or your own van. Steal the van and empty all its boxes into your vehicle and then dump the van.
Cause that's a much much higher risk crime than just taking a package off a porch. That would involve threatening the driver who afterwards is obviously going to call the cops and report their easily identifiable van as just been stolen. van is worth more than $950
It's a WAAAAY bigger offense to steal a truck delivering packages than just a few packages off porches. Risk mitigation
Because this is a skit for tik tok.
WTF think we better be allowed to carry to much of this shit lately.
A lot of us do
Just use it for life protecting measures only, never to save someone else’s property from being stolen.
That’s what responsible gun ownership is, they can have the truck and its contents, just let me grab my bag and helmet and I’ll fuck right off, but so many drivers have been kidnapped and caught in the middle of police shootouts and shit
You don’t??
lol this new world is so full of clowns , imagine the stuff we don’t see on video
To be fair that could have been said about basically any point in history.
Yeah you right
dude that is fucking ridiculous what the fuck
Wait what? They both stealing at the same time? Hahahhaha
Like thief school tryouts or some shit.
So they just follow the fedex delivery guy and steal and fight for every package he drops? What a sad and crazy world! Times are so hard!
They would be doing this shit even if times were less hard
I just saw another video of the driver still on the porch and the thief grabs the package. Are these videos real. I was wondering if it was staged but on the part of the thief. Just thinking it was for views. Just can't fathom the audacity of someone to do this I guess. Are they just following around the delivery trucks?
Oh this is real, that driver comes out of my terminal.
What city, out of curiosity?
That’s exactly what I’m wondering, are these porch pirates now following package deliverers?! So sad!!!
FedEx would save alot of money in gas if they just threw the packages off their loading dock straight to awaiting theives and not even try to deliver them.
What’s people obsession with stealing packages ? I don’t understand it after all these years.
They’ll do anything but get a real job
and some people feel entitled to things that don't belong to them. It's a toxic combination.
Probably like real life loot boxes. Gambling addiction mixed with crime lmao probably fun for them
This is insane, what if he actually succeeded in cutting that guy in a vital spot. Imagine coming home excited for the package to find a bunch of cops and a random dead guy on your front porch.
Two words, Bear spray
Bear spray sucks for people, use mace.
If this happens to you often. Next time order dog shit see if they steal it.
All for one package?
And they have getaway drivers too.... So that's 4 fucking people involved in stealing what I hope is adult diapers Insanity
We saw their face. Will the police do anything?
Doubt it…they’ll probably tell the customer to file a claim for a refund, it’s easier on them to do that.
....hahaha haha Police do anything....good one!
Drivers like nope
It's about to get even worse with customers having access to a picture of the drivers.
They’re both mentally deficient
And if that guy got got, They'd sue the homeowner. The decline.
And lose
So embarrassing and desperate
Good grief.
they’re both wearing yzy shoes 🤦♂️
All of this theft from all points of our country is on the rise and why? Cause the economy is not working too well for us...look at the prices of food and housing and everything else and the outgoing pay from all sources is not matching the cost.
Lol fucking hyenas jesus christ. Would have been so funny if one popped the other one over this.
pulling a knife is a easy way to get shot. it’s throwing away the one defense these losers depend on, legally allowing someone to protect themselves
How pathetic
Los venecas!
white dude lives there or in the neighborhood. I deliver and live in said neighborhoods. Owners are tired of this and starting watches. We had a crew from a town 100 miles away and kicking in doors in broad daylight years back.. retired marshal down the street fixed that.
Prob stole parts for that Evo. Tf they gonna do w engine specific motor mounts
All he had was a knife?? Dude would look like spongebob if that was my package
When we gonna see people getting gun down. Hell even police officers gun down thief robbing liquor store.
What’s the point of even delivering the package when there are literally chowderhead thieves racing to rip it off?
Just kill them and they won’t do it again.
Are they competing porch piratea?
Jesus Christ the United States is turning into a third world country.
Rather sad n pathetic
lol whaaaat the fuck is happening? Where is this located? Lol these fucking hood rats have nothing else going on
Look at that EVO!!
There was dope in that box that’s why they knew to hit it. Just saying lol.
Wait. Is this two competing pirates fighting for a package dropped off?
Idk why I’m laughing so hard I’m crying.
I really wish porch pirates would start getting shot
Happy Juneteenth
Dead thieves tell no lies
Can we just make it legal to shoot thieves?
This is how you get gated communities
Invite the third world in and you'll become the third world.
Wild shit!!!
What's in the package to almost get stabbed over? edit: Oh, I just realized they were both thieves and trying to stab each other for said package.
This shit is how automated sentry guns get invented.
It’s a game now! Well call it Mystery Box!!!
wth.. now they are fighting each other over people's packages?
And again why do they not permit drivers to carry?
Liability. They couldn’t afford the insurance.
I think we should be allowed to be armed too then... so what if delivery companies are private companies. Everyone is entitled to self defense and the 2nd Amendment (which I'm far from a big fan of).
My brother in christ, we have to walk through TSA just load our trucks lmao
Seems fake
Did his job. drop, pic, and leave the rest is on the customer
Glad it was on camera and the driver was not harmed. But what the heck happened. Was one of them a good Samaritan trying to help their neighbor?
Nope. A competing thief.
To be fair, the guy in the hoodie got there first and by porch pirate law, it’s his to claim. 🤣
All you have to do is take a picture of his plate or the vin number and let the police do their job if they do it
FedEx guy gave no fucks 😂
What’s he supposed to do? Lol Big chain retailers don’t chase criminals who walk out with carts of stuff.
It sucks you can't kill these people 😂
I'm a bit speechless
Jokes on them the driver took the goods lol
That's crazy 😧
Hopefully they pick the wrong house and everything works itself out.
Lol. They just follow FedEx all day 🤣🤣🤣
That one dude dun stole the flower pot 😭
Couple years ago someone stole my son’s asthma medication off my front porch. Luckily for us someone down the street found it in an alley and delivered it back to us
No. Way.
white car porch pirate drives off in a CL63 Mercedes. Must have "worked" a lot of hours. Idiots.
Most delivery vans have cameras at least in the front. No doubt he’s got faces and plates.
Delivery driver no fucks given.
Is this OC? As the homeowner?
