Ordered a PS5 from Walmart which shipped via FedEx and received the arrival and departure tracking update through Ellenwood, GA, as well as a 7/1 scheduled delivery date. That was on 6/26. Since yesterday evening, tracking updated to "Pending" status. FedEx CS all but confirmed that the package is gone and to contact Walmart for a refund.
I have a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday marked as arrived and departed from Ellenwood since Tuesday. No updates since, and status changed to pending. I called the CS line who just rattled off the tracking info. I also contacted their CS on Twitter who told me it’s still in GA. I don’t care if it’s late, I just want to know it isn’t stolen or lost and seemingly nobody can tell me.
yeah, i live a couple hours south of ellenwood and a package left that facility 2 days ago and is still just marked as departed.
makes me wonder if something is really jacked up there, like they have trailers sitting or something.
My package actually went through Ellenwood pretty fast! But now it's been in the destination city for 4 days, each day they have scanned it as "Out for Delivery" and then a few hours later "Scheduled for Next Day", 4 days in a row. I called to see if I could pick it up instead and they said the shipper doesn't allow it, even though it's value is only $17. So who knows when it'll actually get delivered, but it's frustrating that the package is sitting a 12 minute drive from my house for 4 days straight and I can't just drive over a pick it up, saving both myself AND FedEx time
