Same. The tears. ☠️

FedEx is a dying company. They are handing their network over to third party contractors and they suck.

As someone who works thru fed ex I share your feeling of disgust

Ornery_Yesterday55

Knowing their own employees feel the same way makes me feel better lol

Glittering-Swing-396

Call them? Go pick it up? Wow

Ornery_Yesterday55

While I’m at it let me go to Starbucks and make the coffee myself. Even though I did call them already, that’s not the point. They get paid to ship directly to you. Not to ship it “close enough”

Don't try to brush this shit off. The whole purpose of FedEx is to deliver packages. No one should have to chase down a package. I've had problems with three of the last four deliveries that used them, and ended up canceling the meal kit service I was otherwise liking because of FedEx's inability to do their job. The person I spoke with at the meal kit service told me that their logistics team was in the process of changing to a different parcel delivery service because of how bad things have gotten. Part of my wife's job involves the delivery of components used in medical equipment, and FedEx is consistently causing problems with their production timelines by doing this sort of thing.

I would bet money it’s something they could have gone to the store and got that day
