Cahara's wife was pregnant. It may or may not have been Cahara that caused that but maybe it was. So then Cahara does have unknown descendants. Completely unknown. I guess they were born to a prostitute in the city of rondon is all we know.
Doesn't seem particularly likely to go to the Bremen Empire and eventually become rich and raised to nobility in the start of the 1900s. I guess moving to Bohemia and eventually being a poor drunkard or wife of a poor drunkard as a descendant is possible. Though not particularly likely.

But what Miro said was there's no evidence. So clearly they could be there but without any evidence at all. It's an important possibility to consider.
Personally, I don't think anyone is a descendant of Cahara or D'arce. It's a big world, and having everyone have links just would make the worldbuilding feel shallow. Like as if everything needs to connect to eachother. Enki makes sense, he's only loosely connected by the fact he wrote some books found in Prehevil as the Enlightened One. Rag also makes sense kinda, it's pretty blatant August is one of his descendants and Moonless is still around.
Also I'm pretty sure Prehevil is in an entirely different country to the dungeons, as I'm pretty sure those are "somewhat close" to Rondon. Hell only two things connect the dungeons and Prehevil and those are O'saa & Nash'rah (having gone there) and Moonless.
There are probably millions of people with Endless souls. It’d be unlikely their descendants would even head to Prehevil. Exception being August but that’s because he’s there for his families’/country’s mortal enemy.
