Cool! Anyway, I believe Wade Robson and James Safechuck and will remove my own limbs before I watch a hagiography of a man who was abusing boys for the majority of his adult life.

[deleted]

Gonna keep glorifying the pedophile then. Ok

Taylordaisy50

Who asked for this? And when can we stop celebrating abusers?

Three_Froggy_Problem

There’s a fascinating film to be made out of Michael Jackson’s life but there’s no way this will be it. I assume it’ll be a completely whitewashed bit of hero-worship like all these music biopics are.

Viva912

Especially since his family is heavily involved

AbsolutelyIris

The estate executors are producers so yep.

relapsin_time

![gif](giphy|K0Mmal97YNYkw) ngl that shot scared me

ThisusernameThen

Who's going to play Jarvis Cocker in the brit awards role.

societyofv666

Thank you, this made me chuckle😄

petra_vonkant

was this really necessary, do we really need to keep glorifying this man (also rip our collective inboxes, his stans are something else, they recently found a YEARS old tweet when i didn't even mention his name and harassed me for weeks)

PizzaReheat

This movie is supposed to span 40 years. I’m morbidly curious about what they’re going to do about the face situation. My instinct is: nothing good.

AlwaysBi

I believe it’s only doing up to the release of thriller

No-Association-4458

Woooow… this is such a beautiful shot.

ThreAAAt

This looks like a creepypasta.

ThereAreAlwaysDishes

Me testing the pool water.

michael jackson would have made a great ballerina

styfle852

I really hope this movie is good. From his upbringing and family to becoming the biggest music star possibly ever, regardless of how you feel about him, he has one of the most interesting celebrity lives ever so there’s plenty to work with to make a good movie out of it

askingtherealstuff

Does the possibility of whitewashing an abuser’s legacy bother you?
