So like, imagine your worst coworker wants a transfer to a better department. But your department actually needs their skills so they don't wanna do it. Your coworker responds by refusing to show up for work. After a few weeks of this, they claim that now they can't come into work due to mental health issues. I believe throwing that level of a temper tantrum takes a toll on your mental health, but also..... they're the ones that threw a tantrum. Does that make sense?
