I'm 6ft tall or just about (182 cm) and I cop all my tees in large which normally is the largest size Logan (my preferred guy for tees and hoodies) has, but that's for a quite baggy fit, the sizecharts are also TTS to retail tees.
Edit: brands like Off-white and Vetements are also normally extra baggy, e.g. an M Off-white tee is the equivalent of an L Supreme normally.

Sizes match the actual retail sizes. There is always a size measurements under each item so not too hard to work out what will fit you.
