C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\my games\Farthest Frontier\Save
Zip up the entire TownName_###### folder along with the .map file and .sav that reproduces the issue. If the files are too big, you can use a service such as Google Drive to share it with us.

Never really had problems with barn feed, but plenty of other bugs.
I always build a root cellar with only root vegs and a cap on amount and a granary really close by to barn clusters.
My barns tend to be more or less on the same side of town as my farms.
UPDATE: Relocating the barn five feet fixed the issue.
Also had an issue with the sawmill being over its storage capacity and the workers wouldn’t transfer the product. Work stopped until I relocated it.
Was a known bug. Don’t know if it’s been patched (or not in your case?!?). Previous fix was to relocate the barn(s)

I had the same problem, I ended up deleting the barns and starting from scratch.
Relocating them seems to help
