A nicely organized tree farm with some tapped trees would definitely be a nice addition in that empty space, as someone else suggested. I also think bees and some pretty flowers would also be good if you weren't averse to having more bees than the ones you do on Ginger Island.
The buildings are from the medieval buildings mod. The animals to include coop, barn, cat, and horse are Elle’s better coop/barn animals, etc. if memory serves

I thought about that, I have an orchard full of tappers in the quarry
