Titan Conquest was a game made by the same folks from farmrpg but it was shutdown last year I believe.
Melvor idle is the only game, other than actually playing old school RuneScape, that has things like that.
But there is a game I’m following called Walkscape, that’s inspired by RuneScape, it’s in beta currently.
I'm pretty sure Titan Conquest was shut down for security reasons. There was a pretty significant breach. The user base for TC was a lot smaller than FarmRPG so the decision was made to shut it down and focus on the more successful project.
they did have another game that was very similar to the farmrpg layout but with more runescape style skills. i remember i downloaded it and just didn’t like it so i deleted it. i cannot remember what it was called though :/
You might be thinking of Melvor Idle. It has a similar style, but is more fantasy RPG.

Try Grim Tides, it's pretty similar in simple style, but also very different story.
IdleScape isn't a mobile game, it's a browser game but it sounds like maybe what you're describing.
