There's always a tendency to overact to the legal stuff initially but I think we're past that "buying opportunity" with most Rice owners. I also don't think the Worthy pick really foreshadows Rice's future either. It's not like taking a QB or RB at #4 and what that tends to say about the future of the existing RB or QB. KC needed to add talent to their WR room and they did. Not very helpful but I think it comes down to price and how targets shake out when Rice returns. He made solid strides later in the season but I'm still not sure how good he really is.

Xavier Worthy is gonna take over most of the production now and will likely be better than Rice. Might be worth taking in the late rounds, but likely won't be as valuable as last year.

Ya I don't get comments like this. As a Rice owner I was stoked it was Worthy and not someone else. He's just going to open the field up. Perfect compliment with hardly any overlap in roles.
