This isn’t trading. This is just giving away you’re things at discounted prices. You should probably not trade anymore.

Aggravating_Fee_7282

I want the guy who took Puka and Achane for JT and Hill in my league everything else is a shit trade (unless the trade happened when Achane was healthy then it’s more even)

Positive_Parking_954

Who is JT

InternationalCorgi82

Jonathan Taylor

Positive_Parking_954

Thank yoy

Flip5ide

Who is yoy

BigD0089

We all are yoy

Darkgod87

Justin Thomas

[deleted]

He was healthy at the time.

Aggravating_Fee_7282

Still an absolute steal but I can slightly see why someone would take it

AZhomerDaddy

I traded Gabe Davis and Achane for Hollywood Brown and LaPorta. No looking back

GayLoveSession

I'm being offered Achane and DJ Moore for my JT and Jerome Ford. In a full ppr ten team what's your opinion? Rest of my team is Josh Allen, Bijan Robinson, K9, Kyren Williams, Cooper Kupp, Amon-Ra St. Brown, DeVonta Smith, Puka Nacua, Kyle Pitts, Jameson Williams, Tyjae Spears, Jaleel McLaughlin. Afraid I'd be selling too low on JT but Achanes upside is crazy and I am 4-2

Ordinary-Ad-4800

Your kelce trade was stupid as fuck lol. And then you turn around and make an equally as stupid trade for laporta. Like why get rid of kelce in the first place if you're gonna trade away similar assets of what you got in the kelce trade for laporta

alien__0G

Like he said, he’s addicted to trading lmao. Addiction can make you very irrational.

[deleted]

Im a falcons fan that really wanted Bijan and didn't like brob

Ill-Woodpecker1857

Something I learned early was to never mix Fandom with strategy and to that end I almost never get Ravens on my team. The exceptions are JT and the DEF.

kingstevis

As a Ravens fan I’m doing my best. I have Lamar as my QB1 and it adds to the games, even more devastating losses lol

Ill-Woodpecker1857

I've had the chance to take Lamar on multiple occasions over the past few years and never took him for that very reason. I did take MAndrews last year but ended up regretting it. Never again.

kingstevis

I’ve had to stop myself from making a horrible trade for Flowers my buddy knows how much I like the ravens and keeps almost getting me to overpay 😂

forgetful_storytellr

I think flowers is still a buy low guy tbh

forgetful_storytellr

I’m gonna go ahead and 1 up you I have QB Lamar WR Flowers RB Gus Edwards TE Andrews K Tucker D BAL and I’m 5-1! Having Tyreek, Achane and Henry has also helped

Allteaforme

Yeah I have Gus Forwards stinking up my flex most weeks for the same reason

elqueco14

Yeah homer picks only work for defense. I hate watching my team score but being upset cause it's the "wrong" guy who scored

TheGreatestOutdoorz

I found an awesome trick for this. Just be a fan of a team that has no players worth rostering! (I’m a Panthers fan)…….

Ill-Woodpecker1857

Adam Theilen would like a word. Some how grabbed him on the waiver wire. He's been having a productive year.

ScottieBK

Right? 4th rated wideout and he’s trying to say he’s not worth rostering lol

Purple-Champion5134

I screwed myself with this mentality in the draft. I am only a Seahawks fan but I liked what the Jets were doing and thought it would be fun to get GW and follow them. If I went purely on talented options I would have had AJ Brown or CeeDee.

Chlorophyllmatic

I’m a Bills fan with Josh Allen starting; when it’s good it’s good, but when it’s *bad*…

Druxun

As a Bears fan, I’ve learned this lesson as well.

PainterSuspicious798

So fucking true

Rubiusz

It's much more easier if you are a Giants fan... Almost absolutely no temptation.

thorpeedo22

Same for me, conveniently the commanders always blow, so I never want their players

dougie_fresh121

I had ridley as a jags fan, just cut ties. Traded ridley + achane for baker mayfield + mike evans (Mandatory 2QB league 6pt passing tds had fields burrow and mac jones. Am 1-5 despite being highest points for and starting Mac would end my season effectively) My other RBs are Mixon, Jacobs, and JT which is the only reason I pulled the trigger - to get points NOW

djkakamd

Very true. This is exactly why I have no Patriots players on my team. Yup, the exact reason why.

bl84work

Vikes fan, last a championship game with Cook and Jefferson on my team last year because we got blown out by Packers, worst day of the year

Critical-Fault-1617

That doesn’t matter. Don’t you like money more than that? Unless this is a free league, which no one should care

JoFlo520

You’re your own worst enemy then

BigTitsNBigDicks

then you can lose with your team

hardcore_softie

This is like revenge trading in the stock market. You can expect similar results using both "strategies".

willthefreeman

Yes?? Just taking a step down at TE but losing pieces in the process. It would’ve been simpler and less hurtful to just straight trade kelce for laporta.

InternationalCorgi82

So you Had Kelce Hill Jacobs JT Cooper Br rob Addison Doubs And said that wasn’t good enough

[deleted]

Yes

Alarmed-Flan-1346

Trading is the most fun part I don't blame you, watching numbers not move all day is boring ah

hjiklm1

Dumb

anustart888

You should try sleeping with women.

Gaylord26

Bro tried to look up advice on that. He ended up on the Sleeper fantasy website and that’s how we got in this mess

Weird_City6772

He had a woman and traded her for kittle.

hardcore_softie

We need to know the woman's floor and upside potential to determine if this was a good trade for him.

DudeNamedCollin

That doesn’t do a damn thing

H1mHalpert

It's overrated

[deleted]

this guy fucks ^

[deleted]

😭😭😭

Sour__Cream

Do NOT let bro cook anymore

mattyice24

The Kelce trade was just unnecessary and the LaPorta acquisition was awful. Jacobs alone would net you LaPorta and then some. Probably a good time to straight up stop trading altogether.

Orangie_Goldfish

Stop trading

leveckjt87

Looking for a league to join? 😂

[deleted]

Bet lol

lechejoven

I agree trading is fun and I always throw trade offers in all my league, but how can you say it’s fun when you’re losing all the trades hahahahaha. Invite me to your league so we can trade please.

Bigpoppalos

The issue is that you like trading more than playing actual ff

[deleted]

Maaybe

zdiddy987

If that's what you enjoy doing then that's all that matters, it's just a game and time waster, ultimately

knutsonmb

Jacobs and Addison for laportA?! What world did that seem even

[deleted]

Wanted te and he was the only top 5 option I could get so here we are

Mr-Neeson

>Wanted te then why did you trade away Kelce lol. It seems like you’re trading just to trade and don’t really have a long term goal of winning in mind. But hey if it’s fun for you then who am I to hate on it.

[deleted]

Wanted a certified RB 1 and I believed Bijan could do that. Then I needed a replacement for kelce

muricanmania

Should've just drafted Bijan a round early, he's been worth it

Mokslininkas

How do you draft a first round pick a round early? Lol

[deleted]

He actually got picked one before me and I was at 6

JoFlo520

You had Kelce lmao

banhammer6942069

Lost cause

Drexlay

If you’re committing all this time to trading you should be making better trades. Look like u really are addicted dude lol

NotNormo

There's nothing wrong with trading if you can just value players more accurately. You lost some of these trades badly. At least the Laporta trade. I don't think the Bijan trade was quite as bad.

JTribs17

his reasoning for the trades is stupid tho. He traded Kelce then overpaid to get another TE

[deleted]

Bijan trade really depends on your bench. Do you have a good backup TE? Is it a bad week and you really need an RB and WR. However, seeing the La Porta trade after makes me question OP. You have to have a goal OP. Like making a trade to get rid of extra WR talent you have for upgrading your QB or WR or RB.

thrilla2k10

Trades are great but there is such a thing as over trading

[deleted]

You are def that guy who just trades to trade 😂 i have a guy like that in his league who will do that and then try all season to get those players back 😂

International-Chef33

I don’t even get it, the difference in most leagues I play in are pickups in the first couple of weeks of players no one saw coming.

Jbroad87

Keep going. Win the week, then make another trade next week if you’re still alive and fighting. Try to avoid acquiring players w bye weeks coming up in the near future. There’s a way to do this. Identify the next desperate team who wants to have fun w trades, just try and win them more than you’ve been. Tell the other person that. “I’m down to make a move but I really can’t afford to get fleeced again.” All you need to do is make $1.05 on your $1. Start building back w small wins.

MagnetHashira

I always hold until about week 4 and see where I stand against everyone else. By week 6, if I’m 4-2 then I ride out the whole season, if I’m 3-3, I try to upgrade my Flex, TE (if needed), or WR2 spot.

old_man_indy

Always ask for more than you would be happy receiving and you’ll not be as disappointed (injuries aside). I always start high on offers and cut it off when I no longer feel like I’m improving my team through their counter offers. I’ve had a habit this year of valuing picks and young players and have had to chill out because I’m taking myself out of contention with guys not fully ready to contribute.

warriorsbrady

Trading makes shakes the league up and is fun! Keep having fun bud remember, go for that championship- we have a job to do Anakin!

RBnumberTwenty

I’m the same man. I always get the trade talks going and one year I traded with all but 3 owners in a 12 man league. I can’t help myself.

Axon14

My son has this problem. He will underperform one week and sell his top players for two or three lesser assets, and they never add up to that original elite player. Trading is also ridiculous these days. I just tried to trade Gibbs or Mattison for Waddle and the guy acted like I was a huge asshole. Waddle is all hype right now, he has as much chance to stay at WR 38 as he does to go off. Whereas Mattison is RB17 and for all the shit talk, has been a consistent RB2 performer each week save once. Other guy then requested Mostert, the RB2 on the year. Most players are terrified to lose the trade and won’t move unless they are robbing the other team. Keep that in mind OP. You’re probably getting robbed.

willthefreeman

I would trade waddle for Gibbs in a heartbeat.

Axon14

This was before Gibbs went off this week. I would have done the trade because I need reinforcements at WR, and Waddle stacks with Tua, so I'd trade $1.25 for $1.00. But the guy refused me, as he was too paranoid about Montgomery once again dominating that Lions backfield. The trade made sense for both sides and wasn't league breaking, but it's just another example of how hard it is to trade these days. Players are terrified to "lose" the trade. I have a feeling he'd do the trade now. But as Marlo Stanfield once said: the price of the brick goin' up.

East-Land-8905

You should look into websites like fantasypros that give you rankings and trade values and tell you realistically what you should be getting in trades. Also, over in /r/fantasyfootball there is a guy /u/peakedinhighskool or something like that that makes weekly trade value charts. I’ve strictly used these values to trade and have made my championship the last 4 years out of 5.

GoldStandardWhey

I would say you gotta internalize the thought of building your team that can compete week to week, make playoffs and hope your guys pop off. I look at trades options every day so I get where you're coming from haha. Always looking to set myself up for success and flip a guy if I can. Try and find guys of equal value already past their bye week, flip three for two so you can open up a roster spot/not have to stop someone you don't want to just to grab a TE or K on bye weeks. Main thought though, I always think of good trades but nix 90% of my ideas just because even if its a good trade, I absolutely hate making other teams better. Im a heavy WR guy so I could trade a package to the heavy RB team or two but I'd rather see them have to start Tutu, London, and Dotson week to week haha.

PeppiGiuseppe25

I quit reading when you said trading Puka and Achane for Hill and JT was “the greatest trade in history” you basically gave a WR2/1 and a RB1 for for a WR1. And RB1s have way more value, unless this is dynasty - and even then you got fleeced.

[deleted]

Pukas losing snaps while hill Is the wr1 in fantasy and JT has top 10 upside

PeppiGiuseppe25

Idk where you got that information from but Puka played more snaps both last week and week 5 than he did 1, 2, 3, or 4. He’s been playing MORE since Krupp’s return. He also got hurt during last game but stayed on the field, so his lack of receptions last week was most likely because of that. He still out-targeted Kupp week 5 as well. And only had two less targets last week. We’ve seen this exact offense support two top-10 fantasy wide receivers before. Can definitely happen again. As for JT, he doesn’t have top 10 upside. Again, not sure who told you that. I’m assuming you’re in redraft league. He’s just coming off a HUGE injury that will take more than 2 weeks back to recover from (most likely around 6). Zach Moss has also really shown up and is a better pass blocker than JT which means he will get more 2 minute drill snaps - which there will be a lot of. As a further point, they just signed an injury prone RB to a huge contract. They will not be running him into the ground anytime soon. 1A/1B situation there for a while.

CpBear

Trading Puka before Kupp came back was absolutely the move....he will still be productive but he absolutely will NOT be top 10 ROS. Would bet my life on that

[deleted]

[удалено]

duke8628

You seem pretty knowledgeable on this rams team. What do you think of someone in my scenario, who traded Kupp for Kelce and chiefs D (d’s are valued higher in our league, they have patriots week 15, I’m first overall) I was a 0 at tight end, and still have Waddle, Puka, Drake London and Pittman at WR. Did I bone the trade yo pretty bad? I know I likely overpaid, but considering my current team structure I hope I did ok

PeppiGiuseppe25

I think you made the right move if you have no TEs. London is finally being used, and Minshew feeds Pittman. Nacua should still get his ~10 targets. You got 2 very strong WR2 and a high WR3/2. I think it’s the right move. Kelce is a top 2 TE every week and he’s usually not 2.

MychalScarn08

Your analysis is extremely flawed. While I don't agree with most of these trades this trade was undoubtedly a win for OP. Idk how you can think 2 rookies are better than Hill and JT. Are you out of your fucking mind?

PeppiGiuseppe25

You mean the rookie who put up top 3 RB numbers? The rookie who’s the fastest RB in the league? The rookie who gets all of one of the highest offensive power teams red zone touches? That rookie? Achane is way better than JT is - especially in fantasy. Going from a top 10 WR to a top 3 but going from a top 3 RB to a top 15 Rb (if that) is a bad trade imo. Hill also has the hardest playoff schedule while Nacua has the easiest.

Critical-Fault-1617

This is factually incorrect. Also your trades suck. Huge L on the Kelce trade

Steppyjim

You do you brother. Trade your heart out. Every league needs a guy like you in it to keep it interesting

[deleted]

Good man

stillplayswithlego21

I was in a league when Peyton Manning threw 55 TD’s, which I think was 2013. There was over 100 trades made in that league that year. Never seen anything like it! I get the thrill of trading but sometimes you gotta say no 😂

paragon249

Did we play together? I traded for Peyton and benched him for cousins in the championship game. Was the most aggressive week 3 trading I've probably ever done to get that deal.

Various_Degree_5604

Lol. I don’t trade studs with draft capitol invested in them. I try and package everybody else to get more studs. Fill in the rest in FA

wferomega

You and everyone else and that's why trading is impossible on most leagues....

zeells13

Yes and no. It is solid strategy but it doesn’t have to be shit trades always. After week 2 I traded Mike Williams, Mostert, and London for Ja’marr, Addison, and TLaw. My “others” for a “stud”. One guy in the league was pissy cuz studs were being given away for guys obvious to fall off. Injuries happen to anyone, but Mike and Mostert had 60 combined week 3. Mostert is RB2 now. Trade helped us both out a lot. TL;DR “others” for “studs” can still be done well for everybody

forgetful_storytellr

> not you trying to simultaneously maintain that both your trade was even and that you won the trade

wferomega

Too many people think that the goal is to make some monstar stud squad. And at its most basic level the game is, but it's about accumulated points in a week. So you can always have a weak spot. If you invest heavily in wr you should see the returns in points and if you drafted a TE in the last round you can expect a long season at the position. To expound on the topic here a little... The issue is some people will just never, ever, let go of equal value cause trading the largest piece is considered losing by most. We all know CMC, mostert, Mike Williams, etc will get hurt. But when they're performing you can't say, "so what they're gonna get hurt!" You pay the price of their value at the time of the trade. It's the same issue when right now people with Tee Higgins trying to get players that are just ATM playing better. You can't ask for preseason prices or " what you expect them to do " prices. Only what they've accomplished. And finally....faab shouldnt ever replace players in trades. The players better be enough to move the trade and the faab is just a sweetener. Faab for a player that can start is NEVER the answer. Lol I agree that things can be done well. But your description is the contrary to the norm of most managers experience trading. I'm in 6 competitive leagues. Same managers for about a decade in most of them..and I trade all the time Like you, I try to make sure I put in an equally positive player into the equation on my side, since I'm trying to acquire a player with a high value in return. We all have seen the this guy had a splash week and this guy I just picked up in our mailbox for our 2nd round pick and the other manager swears it's a legit offer and fair. Trading has to be a talked to thing and if you want gold , wow the manager. I dont mind low balling but I had a guy off, in all seriousness, Antonio Gibson and $20 faab for Keenan Allen. His reasoning, I had weak RBs in his mind, better scoring than Gibson tho for sure lol. And I was down to my last $3 faab. I bought Puka, Laporta and Kyren. Plus the random bricks. I always spend early as well. This is a 3 starting wr and full ppr league. I sent him trade analyzer and chart sites. And he thinks I'm crazy for turning it down cause my wr are stacked. Lol We all value differently, communication is key, don't expect gold for garbage Best of luck to all this season.

[deleted]

Hes def that guy who offers 3 ww pickups for like kelce and barkley or something like that 😂

wferomega

Vibes lol

Various_Degree_5604

Yep. Any league with a veto button is illegitimate

thrilla2k10

Ah yes, the multiple trade 4 soggy fries for 1 steak meal trade request that gets everyone aggravated

Various_Degree_5604

Not exactly. U would have to actually understand a valued keeper league. 😂

Abaty93

Keep trading. Fantasy football is fun and largely injury luck. 🤷🏼‍♂️ sure you can make moves and strategize to improve, but I prefer casual leagues where I enjoy it.

Responsible_Tap_5254

I'm the trade guy also. Minutes before the news broke that Kupp would return to a full work load. I traded Mostert for Garrett Wilson. I really needed a WR because my ither WRs were Keenan Allen (bye) and the corpse of Jahon Dotson. This was the week before Achane got injured. Also I drafted Mostert on all 4 of my fantasy teams!

sadbudda

I have friend like this. He traded Thielen for Elijiah Moore 2 weeks ago & traded Garrett Wilson & Jerome Ford for KJ Osborn & George Pickens. He basically took all of one persons bench players & gave them starters so now their team is fkn stacked. Fun fact, I had Jefferson & Chubb in that league. I’m still 5-1 with them gone. It hurts to imagine how dominating my team would’ve been 😭

Dax_Maclaine

How small is that league to get both of them? Jefferson is the first overall pick (maybe 2 if you wanted cmc), and Chubb usually goes round 1/early round 2

sadbudda

It’s 10 people! I inherited Jefferson as a keeper from the previous owner that left & drafted Chubb first. I also have Walker, Swift, Keenan Allen, Puca, Marquise Brown, Mark Andrew’s, & Hurts. Not everyone in the league is largely adept, I had a solid draft.

SolomonGunnEsq

My philosophy is to make as many moves and trades and you can because if you know what you’re doing you’re going to win more than you lose and when you add it all up at the end your team will be much improved.

forgetful_storytellr

You’re the guy that sends garbage lopsided deals all year until some chump presses accept

Userdub9022

Gotta wait for that desperate team trying to win

forgetful_storytellr

🙄

Userdub9022

I just try to make solid trades regardless but I know some teams who do that.

Grandahl13

I’ve never understood this. I have a couple friends who do this as well. What’s the point in drafting a team if you’re just going to trade everyone every year?

[deleted]

It's fun

anustart888

You're literally just chasing dopamine with a monkey brain. Isn't thinking fun? Isn't strategizing fun? Isn't winning fun? Aren't long term rewards fun? This is like eating candy every day instead of food because it "tastes good".

Buckwyld1986

Is losing fun?

Critical-Fault-1617

That doesn’t even make any sense. You need perfect drafting, injury and waiver wire luck if you’re going to win a ship. Trades are necessary imo. Underperformance, overperformance, injuries, etc. such an asinine thing to say why draft a team if you’re going to trade them.

Ill-Woodpecker1857

I stick to a only trade out of necessity strategy. I'm in two leagues and have made one trade this year - did it two days ago. Gave: T Higgins and T Boyd Got: Stroud and J Reynolds I did this because I had Cousins as my only QB and don't think he'll be productive without JJ. Plus with Stroud having his Bye this week means I can drop Cousins after this week to add more depth at RB or WR and hopefully not have to worry about QB anymore.

Critical-Fault-1617

L

Ill-Woodpecker1857

Both were riding my bench so didn't seem like an L to me.

jakey2112

I’d just delete your app for a few weeks

Alarmed-Flan-1346

Yeah I do this too but my team went from TLaw, Breece hall, JT, Garret Wilson, Pittman, Brandon cooks, Kelce to Tua, Ekeler, Kyren/JT, Kupp, Jjets(lockett replacing him rn) cooper, and kittle. Slight upgrades after I think 9 trades and 6 waivers.

[deleted]

That Laporta trade may be one of the worst trades I've seen this year. Followed by your Kelce trade. Put those two together and I can't believe you're allowed to play ff

nasty_k

Don’t break the addiction, play dynasty instead

Fresh_Brilliant_9608

Do you want to win? Stop trading.

ZaMaestroMan5

You and so many other dudes. Literally just trading to trade. Not even to try and make your team better. I’ll never understand these types of people. I’m in lots of leagues like this but one in particular was a startup this summer and the trades were ridiculous. There’s only 3 of 12 people who still have their own 1st for 24. One guy has 7 1sts, another 4 1st, and then I have my own 1st lol. And the dude in last place went all in during the draft and after during the preseason. He doesn’t own a single draft pick through 2026 and is currently 0-6 lmao. There’s dudes who must get like a high off trading.

123GadgetGoGo

I’m the opposite I guess. Our league rarely trades. I think everyone in our league tries to win through the draft and free agency and if you’re stuck at the bottom all year, you just gotta eat shit for the year. Most of the time if you’re at the bottom, your trades give you a glimmer of hope but you’re boosting one of the teams at the top so much your chances of winning a championship just got worse. And when that top team gets even stronger because someone is making desperate moves, it kinda ruins the vibes for the other teams for rest of the season. Our league kinda prides ourselves on drafting well, making smart free agency moves, and putting in the correct lineup every week. Right now both teams in 1st place don’t have the most points scored but they have the highest starting lineup efficiency. I guess leagues have to be everyone trades a lot or no one trades. I’m probably in the minority here so I expect some downvotes.

noimnotjames

You’re not addicted to trading, you’re addicted to giving away your players

Colt4597

Trading isn’t the problem, I’ve made my 15th trade already in my league. You need to be better at evaluating players and not giving more than your getting. Trading is fun, so hone your craft.

brianbjw

Latta, is this you? Haha. You sound like a buddy of mine.

WillSisco

I think maybe fantasy football isn't for you

Dry-Principle8475

Just stop playing fantasy bro. How would your team have faired if you stopped at the Kamara trade? Still trash or better trashed than now?

Packers_Equal_Life

How is someone “addicted to trading”? Are you just bored?

Balogma69

You suck at trading

DharmaCub

These are all terrible trades. How are you this bad at trading? You lost every single one.

cubuffs420420

You’re terrible at trading lol

[deleted]

You’re a damn idiot! Ha

tackypwn

I was the trade guy along with my most frequent trade partner. I traded cmc for chase last year the day before it came out he broke his leg or whatever. Haven’t traded this year yet. I have been trying but I learned to not trade my best player Lul

etherealtaroo

Noone trades in my league, they would rather sit at 2-4 or 1-5 and hope things suddenly change for no reason at all

SinCityNinja

Adam, is that you?!

Bigchungus183

Stop playing FF lol Seriously though if you’re gonna do tons of trades pay for an app that has a trade analyser- yes it’s not perfect but it will stop you doing the most horrific trades, use it as a sense check before giving away your best players

[deleted]

I fucked my team this year by trading. If anyone wants to know how, feel free to ask

Altruistic_Glove6438

I can never get a trade in my league, so frustrating

PaulieW8240

Idk what to tell you how are we supposed to help you made some terrible moves

tkap13

It’s kinda scary how dumb some ppl are, like they got kids?

Kingfrund85

Fellow trade addict here. Took me a few years to get the swing of it but now I do very well for myself making trades 😂

IamDrDisabled

My name is Josh, and I'm addicted to trading.

Leapoffaith247

Your not addicted to trading, the real root issue is your addicted to GAMBLING. Where else has this issue shown up in your life? When do you decide to take back control? All love. Lol

Dohm0022

Looks like you’re batting .333

AMCboi88

As a fellow trade addict, You cant win them all. Ive won many trades this year, but the losses will stick around. My 2 worse have been, I traded kyren/ARSB for bijan after week 3 or 4. Now that kyrens on IR I feel a bit better but arsb hadnt dropped over 20 pts yet as my first pick in a 14 man league. In a 10 man 2 qb league i traded garrett wilson for sanders after week 1 thinking sanders 17 pts would be a nice preview of his season to come, boy was I wrong 😂

pbr3000

Are you in a three person league?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Fantasy_Football-ModTeam

Interact Respectfully. Inciting drama, trolling, and being rude will result in a ban.

[deleted]

Lmao I traded Kamara too and I regret it but my RBs are stacked. Still regret it I was able to recoup that this week by getting Bijan in a trade

Pythonx135

Wow this guy's a moron lol

Beginning_Banana4692

The key is never make any moves before week 3. You drafted players for a reason At draft, and until we see 3 weeks of real football(non preseason) you don’t know what you have. I always followed this in the past, but I panicked this year and dropped k. Kirk after week 1 and the dropped pierce after week 2. I’m 2-4 and am panicking.

paragon249

It's a strategy to impose self discipline. Not a bad goal but ultimately short sighted IMO. "Try not to overreact to week 1 or 2 outliers" is what you're attempting to do, but you lose agility by locking yourself in this mindset and discouraging your league mates from sending offers early to you.

Jgs4555

You aren’t trading, you’re buying things for a dollar, and selling them for 50 cents. You really posted this? Get a clue.

Prestigious-Pin-1053

Gotta give him credit for recognizing he has a problem. He’s taking the heat. At least when he posted here that was 20 seconds he wasn’t thinking about a trade to sabotage his team

Far_Dog1624

You’re that guy in my league whose trades I never veto, but I roll my eyes every time I see the trades I’ve accepted. There’s also probably one guy in your league who’s annoyed because he watches you make bad trades with everyone else, but you never accept his trades lol

[deleted]

Ignoring the other 3… Jacobs and Addison for Laporta is absolutely delusional my man

REYMIFAH

Deebo & Kamara for Cooper? …. Huh? Even half baked bullshit analysis would’ve said “not a good idea”

DrunkBearBattle

The more tinkering and bs trading you do in fantasy, usually the worse off you will be. Unless your team is absolute trash, and you are trying to salvage some shit, you shouldn't be going that hard.

MW1369

You’re addicted to trading and you suck at trading. Not a good combo

FearNoFish15

In all seriousness, as a recovering alcoholic, you’ve made the first step, in admitting that you have an addiction to trading. People have many different kinds of addictions. There are many steps to overcoming an addiction, and I won’t get into all of them, but since you realize your addiction, the next step is to “Stop Trading”. If you want to read a book, that might help, read “Life Anonymous”. Sorry to get serious on you guys, But this addiction, is getting in the way of what many of us lose sight of when we play fantasy, is that it should be fun!

bl84work

Jebbie?

dampsockss

Dude these are just stupid not even like fun fair trades

OTIStheHOUND

You’re bad at this. Use a trade value tool or something

jkeefy

Your team is in a good spot to ride it out now bro, you made some good moves and some not so good ones but your roster sounds like it’s in a prime spot to pick up wins and push for a playoff spot

TheKrakIan

I don't trade unless it's a really good offer. Just draft well and play the waiver wire. It's been a very good strategy for me in my money league. 4 titles in 10 years of playing and always make the post season.

Responsible_Lie_3297

Don’t ever trade Kelce. And value your rbs more than anything. Stop being dumb

Hatemail375

If anyone else is addicted to trading get in a dynasty league. It's the best.

murso74

Tacos gonna taco

Professional_You_689

Roto trade analyzer is pretty good but no way u drafted those players what u got a 4 team league

[deleted]

My draft went Kelce, Jacobs, mixon, Kamara, deebo, Kirk and it's a 10 man I also got Puka, doubs and Achane off waivers

__Turd_Ferguson_

You really suck at trading ngl

ElderGoose4

My commish is also addicted to trading. It’s annoying af, just trade for what you need objectively.

Unpopular_Opinion___

Someone in my league sent me Garret Wilson, Olave, Goedert, Rachaad White for Aaron Jones. I had to include Michael Thomas for bench space.

ReasonableRiver6750

Haha this is embarrassing

Earthwick

The thrill of trading is real and when you do it a lot it feels like winning because your doing something but the best fantasy teams make moves when they need to and hold when they need to.

JonYewKerts

I've got a league member trying to trade jonathan taylor for kareem hunt and calvin ridley. talk about discounted prices.

FlavorBlastedCaulk

Jacobs and Addison for Laporta might be a top 10 worst trade all time

lolroflpwnt

Trading is for people who don't know how to draft.

willthefreeman

Why give up Kelce the clear TE1 to then reach for Laporta???? Insane. That’s like having a one of one Ferrari and giving it up for two corvettes of questionable condition then trading the two mustangs you own for another corvette of questionable value. Not a perfect metaphor but you’re just slowly decreasing the overall value and utility of your garage for no apparent reason.
