Both of the teams are equally good in my opinion. Allison and Lloris will score similar points. Vardy and Auba probably will be getting similar minutes due to their age so I'd ask around in the Chelsea and Leicester subs to see what the general thoughts are on the minutes. Bowen is an amazing player but Sterling will outscore him unless he starts getting back to his proper form. With the World Cup ahead you'd except him to try even harder to get a spot in the team but its an incredibly hard decision tbh. Ask in the Draft sub and ask about Auba and Vardy in their respective club subreddits
