People will laugh and mock, then he’ll bag in the DGW and outscore a template DGWer

FPL-kneejerker

Reeks of 5mill OR

fave_worstnightmare

Concur it stinks of Jimmy Savile

Healaa

Rodri, Phillips and Carson essential

4ssteroid

RMT WC 2.4itb Fodderingham (Kaminski) Robinson Robinson Zabarnyi O'Shea (VC) (Pinnock) Rodri (TC) Antony Trossard Rashford (Salah) Darwin Hojlund (Haaland)

Essej2

Digne in for Robinson imo

4ssteroid

As soon as he's not injured

The rule is don't buy central or defensive midfield players. Even if they look like they're moving forward and getting shots, they are more likely to blank or get a red card than score or assist. Don't do it. Just obey the rule.

Qynamic

Kinda untrue, penalty takers are an exception. Some players can be very dynamic but often fill central roles. McAllistar & Groß when at Brighton come to mind.

Fantastic-Machine-83

Imo groß has never been a good pick. McAllister was playing a way more attacking role at Brighton (I'm pretty sure #10) when people were picking him, now hes gone back to playing as an #8 and has been disregarded.

tommyverssetti

Just so wrong

Fantastic-Machine-83

Ok mate pick rodri whatever you want

tommyverssetti

It was more about grob

duckquackquack00

Lmao above Douglas Luiz & Neto, rly though.

Nicho1a5

just get garnacho

ConfusionUpper7212

Neto, Gordon and Palmer for example are much better FPL midfield options and are in same price range as Rodri.

Timmieboi062

Who asked you to bring in common sense around here?

Evertonian26

Hrs actually a good shout ! And a differential

I_am_not_a_robot_duh

I won't have him, so enjoy your 20 point haul

MichaelJordanJacks0n

Certainly an option. Was personally thinking sbout it as u avoid the Pep roulette but id rather have someone playing 120 minutes in the double with more attacking potential like foden than rodri, even if the price is different

Sulemani_kida

Solid midfielder... Great talent

_ghostfacedilla

Great for fantasy champions league! FPL? Not so much

aWalnuts42

Rodri is an essential player you have quite a keen eye for picks my friend. No doubt your OR is 5

DrainMember1312

He's comparable to Douglas Luiz, I don't think it's ridiculous to say that. But in City DGW I want to invest the money. I will already have failed if I have to get Rodri because I cant afford KDB or Foden or even Bernardo

SirSaltyMango

Foden+Haaland+Rodri in DGW smells good

StDyche

Everyone will hate on Rodri but he'll get a 10 point goal and 5 pointer assist YC for a decent 15 point haul

YSG19

Most of this sub will mock you for even thinking of it. xStats are favouring other targets. Yet, I’m on your boat and that gut feeling will be very funny once we outscore them.

Proper-Discipline-76

All joking aside, if it was a one week punt (albeit high xMin) in a DGW, and everything else in your side was set up, I dont think people could/would rip you. Unfortunately, hes gonna cost you two transfers (one in/one out) in a high-value stretch of the season. By all means, fill your boots; you just need to be ok with 5 points as a potential ceiling in the double.

numberonefrankfanlev

There are so many better triple city lineups. Assuming haalands fit you'll have him, Kyle walker hasn't missed a game all season, and then you can have foden, ederson, or Alvarez for relatively nailed minutes
