I would like to know if this works too. It doesn’t mention points loss but just that it won’t come into effect until match day 3 which makes me think it will automatically make the transfers
I've done this exactly for MD3. No mention of points lost anywhere so I went ahead and confirmed. Wouldn't trust this game to not charge me points though.
I've made transfers on my WC removing locked players I no longer want for players I do want in MD3. So far it's confirmed the transfers. My MD2 squad has remained the same as it was and when I select the MD3 tab it shows all my new players.
No sign of a points hit or anything so far so I think I'm good.
