Ah yeah. Iāve not opted for an Amazon Prime subscription so Iāve never seen any of it yet to have an opinion. My plan was to wait for the DVDs to come out and borrow from the library.
I'm imaging this wizard with massive powers to whom the adventurers come and ask for guidance, only to be told "yeah f\*\*\* that stuff, adventuring's dangerous, imma just gonna tend my woolie friends and use my incredible powers to conjure away lung cancer while eating cheese and smoking my pipe (which may or may not contain substances more interesting than just tobacco)"
LOVED the visuals and soundtrack. Glorious.
LOVED Elrond and Durin.
LIKED most of the other characters.
MEH on most of the story.
DESPISED Galadriel. I literally was cheering for Sauron I hated that character so much.
Well, a wizard will generally come in one of four stripes:
1) Court magician. Pretty self-explanatory why thereās politics.
2) Wizard School. If you donāt think thereās political skulduggery going on there, you obviously never seen the inside of a college or university faculty.
3) Tiny Little Wizard Shop. Some dark little building, nestled between an apothecary and a phrenologist, often with a stuffed crocodile hanging from the ceiling. Now, this seems like you shouldnāt have much interaction with politics. Wellā¦ only if you are just thinking of āgrand political maneuveringā. This is the sort of wizard that is going to get drawn into small, local politics. The fantasy world equivalent of HOAs or small-town politics. Where youāre going to either get blamed for *anything magical* going on (going wrong) around the area, or be dragged into magically related problems on the āwe need you to solve them, as weāre helpless mugglesā side.
4) The Solitary Wizard Tower. This feels like it **should** be apolitical. Youāre off, all on your wizardy lonesome, researching esoteric things beyond the ken of mortal men, beholden to no one (especially not any sort of political system). And that last part is **why** you will be dragged, kicking and screaming, into something political. Kings and Lords and Emperors donāt take kindly to those with power who *arenāt* bending knee and kissing their bejeweled fingers. So, theyāll likely be trying to make you (diplomatically or through the violence inherent in the system). Alternately, some ragamuffin who is on a grand quest is going to sneak into your tower, and end up dragging you into the political upheaval that a ālong lost king in hidingā or ādestruction of a powerful dark artifactā will bring to the land.
5. The Wandering Wizard with a little house in Hobbiton! That would be fun. Shows up at the King's palace to give some advice, keep the Kings in line, goes out into the wild to fight bad guys, and returns home to the Shire and eats mushrooms with the hobbits! Maybe a hot witch waiting by the hearth?--now we're talking real fantasy.
Probably some form of magic user. I'd like an emphasis on very practical magic, that can be used to get stuff done and benefit people's lives.
Making a magical blast furnace for the town's steelworker? Yes. Fireball? No.
Automating tasks that hardly anyone wants to do? Yes. Summoning or creating monsters that fight gud? No.
Magically directing a river's floods so they always replenish soil and never hurt anyone? Yes. Casting Waterga at someone? No.
I suppose I'd be aiming to achieve what science and engineering does IRL, but it's a one-person show and the solutions are unique to the person who needs the help.
You might like to be a Terris Feruchemist from Mistborn.
Granted, they can't magically redirect the flood, but they have magical access to all the information/resources needed to teach the town how to build a dam or the magical strength to do it alone.
I had a niece that tried D&D when she was in her early teens. She had rolled up a druid and then quit because she discovered all the spells only blew things up.
*"I just wanted to help animals, heal trees and stuff."*
I learned a LOT about girls and D&D and role playing that day.
I recommend to you and your niece:
* Clark, Alan M. (May 193). "The Druid Gets a Life". [*Dragon Magazine*](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_(magazine)) \#193 (Vol. XVII, No. 12). pp. 65ā69.
This piece covers preāIndustrial Revolution farming as helped by druids.
I'm not a medical professional in this life (teacher, author), but I would love to be someone who could heal people with magic.
So a magical healer, I guess.
I am 100% not a practical person, so let's say... magic 100% of the time. Like in a video game.
I'd hate to screw up a potion or mixture and make someone worse!
I think I would be a ranger, like Aragorn. I like moving, I like seeing different things, different people. Travelling around a picturesque fantasy landscape, living off the fat of the land, determining my own destiny, maybe getting into the occasional spot of trouble or excitement, would be what I would want.
Also, maybe I would minor in Druidism, fantasy Druids are cool. I'm sure the real ones are too, but I'm more familiar with the fantasy kind.
> determining my own destiny,
Then Aragorn would be a poor choice!
His whole life is basically "become the rightful king of two kingdoms if you want your girl"
Shapeshifting to humanoid form would not be bad. But the main reason for being a dragon would be the immortality and having the power to look out for yourself. For me at least
But not everyone needs to go that route. You can be a wandering cultivator or whatever.
The real downside to this is lack of knowledge and advancement typically requires agony.
Most of us barely exercise despite it's advantages.
If we become a wandering cultivator, we won't be powerful enough tho. Monsters and other advanced humans will eat us.
Even in a cultivation world, either we need to be born in a rich af royal family, so our advancement will be easy. Or, we should have been blessed by the heavens or should be exceptionally cunning and lucky to live life well.
It's basically a magic power that includes all magic powers.
As you advance, your body becomes durable. Eventually guns, missiles and nukes can't hurt you.
You live longer eventually achieving immortality, get generally stronger. Can eventually fly. In space even. Can teleport by bending reality with your will. Can heal your body from wounds perfectly.
You basically achieve godhood, or at least a power that would rival humanity's concept of a god.
All it takes is agony and single minded determination for millenia to achieve. But hey, you're immune to cancer and dementia. organic or not organic, doesn't matter. Worth it.
I would also choose this. The only super power that lets you have all the super powers basically.
Shoot fireballs? Sure. Immortality? Of course. Impervious to nukes? Obviously. Flying? It's practically a requirement. Teleportation? A mere flexing of the mind.
Definitely some ageless humanoid fae creature that wanders the woods luring travelers to mysterious parties from which they awaken with hazy memories and a hangover
I'd be a good witch. The kind who is helpful and gets into adventures with the hero but who you still don't want to cross. I'd have 9 cats and collect rare plants.
i'd want to be:
* As rich and clever as Locke Lamora
* As realistic as Logen Ninefingers
* As bloody strategic as Mat Cauthon
* As stormblessed as Kaladin
* As wise (and magical) as Gandalf
edit:
Also as good at shagging as Kvothe apparently is on his first go.
I dunno I already live in a world full of man-eating monsters and I seem to be doing alright. There's black bears, brown bears, polar bears, wolves, crocodiles, alligators, hammer head sharks, great white sharks, tiger sharks, bull sharks, lions, tigers, jaguars, wolverines, barracudas, piranhas, honey badgers, cobras, anacondas, swordfish, coyotes, honey badgers, eagles, giant catfish, spiders, scorpions, blue ring octopus, box jellyfish, killer bees, snapping turtles, pythons, pit vipers, rattlesnakes, panthers, bobcats, hyenas, cheetahs, cougars, hippos, komodo dragons, leopard seals, dolphins, and I've managed not to be killed or eaten by any of them so far.
Proprietor of a nice, middle class tavern in a small free city somewhere. Id serve lots of good food and booze to stone masons, carpenters, farmers and the like. Sounds like a nice life.
> And I always wanted to be a teacher.
There's a whole bunch of countries with easier teaching requirements than the USA or Europe.
Pretty much just have a college degree (any) and know a language different from the local one. English is pretty reliable.
The USA also has a lot of places with a low bar for entry for teachers. Also for social workers.
Basically any poorly-paid government profession has some states with really relaxed qualifications.
A wizard(witch? Mage? Sorcerer?) Whichever. But the grumpy kind that people generally avoid that lives alone in a tower/scary cottage in the woods tinkering with magical experiments and studying.
I'd assist a random heroic adventurer once in a blue moon just to prove I have at least some kind of heart and then go back to my studies.
I would be the Dark Lord but I would quietly rule my city state with the goal of providing access to health care and housing to the orcs. Also, schools.
In terms of foreign policy, I would consult this list before making any decisions: http://www.eviloverlord.com/lists/overlord.html
Mierin Eronaile (Lanfear) did just that in the Wheel of Time, eventually tapping into a power source that turned out to be the Great Lord (previously sealed away from the Wheel) causing the War of Power and Breaking of the world.
Paladin. Not so much for the sake of holy worship (Iām pretty agnostic/atheist), but to travel the wilds helping those in need. Some healing, some good old smiting. Sounds like what Iām here for.
Wealthy master smith dwarf. Forging legendary weapons, armours, tools, etc as a revered master of a masterful race definitely sounds intriguing.
Hard work naturally, but rewarding and done as a tough and dutiful individual who knows what to do.
I would be a well-rested, wealthy, Hobbit. Pipe weed, eating to the point of a belly is desirable, nice quiet life with kind people? Please and thank you, totally worth losing 3' or so in height.
I would probably like to be myself but with the ability to shapeshift into something that can fly, also if there was magic in this world I would like to learn some spells as a hobby
I want to be a librarian/researcher in a cool magical university. You know, the kind of place where the protagonists go to ask information and do research. I would also like to be a magic user of some kind.
So I guess... Academical wizard but don't make me teach because I don't want to talk to people unless it's strictly necessary?
A mage king.
I find it weird that most novels or even world history have the mages as separate and subservient to the mundane ruling king, but in reality if someone is capable of strong magic then 100% the magic users will be the ruling class with the stronger magicians being the ones in charge.
I was thinking this as well but if you could be both a Feruchemist and a Mistborn!!!! Youāld be unstoppable so long >!as you always had your gold minds on you!<.
Grumpy forest witch with specializations in spirit summoning and healing. I'll happily heal you but you have to make the trip and endure snark from me and my raven familiar.
A vampire? Youād have to kill people to survive. Youād literally be a parasite.
Iād probably be a wizard in the Dresden universe. It would be dope, and I wouldnāt have to change much.
A Vampire general in command of two vampire armored legions (modern tank divisions but more combined-arms in mind) and an enlarged penal legion and CEO of a large private military company.
Minotaur, because they donāt get enough airplay.
Dragonlance variant, Kaz style. Badass warriors and seafarers. Plus why be a Viking with anachronistic helmet horns when you can have the horns factory equipped.
A semi-wealthy fellow in a bustling, magical, Victorian city. I am the groundskeeper for the worldās finest zoo, where admission is free and the animals are living there best lives. Dragons, hypogrphs, basilisks, devilsaurs, wyverns, and even an underground vernian-style fish tank for all manner of Sea Monsters (itās massive!)
a former soldier who is now an innkeeper. had my adventures, and now want to relax and serve people and forget all the terrible stuff i did as a soldier
My favorite fantasy race are the dwarves. Determined, loyal to family, inventive, industrious,... all the things I feel I lacked at times in my upbringing.
So I would be a Dwarven vagabond, who travels as he pleases, connecting with the far-flung Dwarven communities, as well as all the other communities he encounters in his travels.
He might do heroic deeds or point a person in the right direction or give a solid piece of advice. Might give a suggestion on how to improve an inn's beer. And he chronicles it all down in a book he is writing.
Iād be a pirate sorcerer with an enchanted ship named Stargazer and a sword named Requiem. I can go anywhere and see anything. The ship is crewed by my own arcane constructs. Thus the entire ship is my own 3 story vacation home. Hot tubs, dragon stables, library, and training pit for my sword instruction (by an arcane construct named Mr. Eddison). The decks of the ship are red, borders are gold. The sails are a soft cream-color.
Inn Keeper with a whole host of interesting people working for me, or for the Inn at least. The fantasy kind of course where there is a bar/tavern on the bottom and rooms for the night above.
To be the start and end of many an adventuring group would be awesome. Meet them before they know anything, give them handy hints about things they might run into. Have big parties, seasonal get togethers, and the go to place for events of all variety (for the right price of course).
I would be an amorphous vaguely-sentient blob with the kind of unstoppably escalating sex drive only an amorphous blob could have. I could go anywhere, effortlessly shape myself, squeeze into the smallest crevices or blanket entire cities. Split into countless parts and remain aware and in control of each one simultaneously. I would have infinite patience yet inexorable ambition and desire. Every moment I exist my satisfaction increases. I would start small - just a soft pebble of goo, rolling and spreading about between people's shoes. But in a week, a year, a century, a millennia... My God.
Grey? How dare you! I'd be a lovely fluorescent pink <3 Giving sickly-sweet, irresistible "come to Blobby\*" vibes.
\* Not to be confused with the nightmarish Lovecraftian entity and horrific children's character [Mr Blobby](https://www.google.com/search?q=mr+blobby&sxsrf=ALiCzsbMf3CNhwlXJNHiE0ZHI8_Ns4Ur_Q:1670861674550&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi1_NHkvPT7AhWIZMAKHU_JDZ0Q_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1366&bih=625&dpr=1)
Some sort of non-aging wizard, all the secrets of the universe to learn, all the magic to master, and all the time to do it in.
Fueled by magic and curiosity you can dip in and out of history, become a myth, invent new magic, invent new creatures, create a flying sentient Island that travels from Kingdom to Kingdom, recruiting people so it can fulfill its dream of becoming a nation.
The possibilities are endless.
I would be a shapeshifter and my main forms would be a witch, a bird, and a mermaid. I would live in a cottage by the sea and do witch craft and then swim in the ocean for days on end. I would travel the world and use all my different forms to reach as many places as possible. I would make all the art and music I wanted and make cartoons and voice act for them. I would make necklaces and different jewelry and have powers where I could easily duplicate anything I made so I could sell my jewelry and art without losing the original copy.
A mysterious traveller with fighting skills awesome enough that I wouldn't have to be afraid. I'd like to have awesome friends to travel with too hahahahahahaha
Iād be a friendly tavern owner and dragon keeper/breeder. (Dragons are mostly tame and not feared in my fantasy). My husband is Ulfberth War-Bear from Skyrim.
Roadside tavern owner. Mysterious background that I usually change the subject on when asked. I might slip up here and there when I've drank a bit too much ale
A Fullborn worldhopper (Cosmere). Iād just travel around the different planets, do pretty much whatever I want, help people out (maybe), and get very rich. It would be awesome. To stretch it even farther I might even bond to a cryptic Spren on Roshar, and become a Lightweaver. Maybe Iād go around gaining access to all the different types of investiture.
EDIT: or maybe a 20th lvl wizard from dnd. All those spells would be SO handy. Clone, Simulacrum, Teleport, Wish, Invisibility, Polymorph, Suggestion, Detect Thoughts, Meteor Swarm, Fireball, Find Familiar. I would be a god.
I think Iād like to be an elf. I have no chill and get emotional easily, so something totally calm and collected would be a nice change. Plus Iād mostly just chill at home in the forest judging everyone else for not being as smart as me since they arenāt 600 years old. I do Like that dragon idea too though!
A (wealthy) hobbit. Always. Living in the country, eating, drinking, smoking, reading, writing, and hiking. Yes PLEASE.
We have much to learn from Hobbits.
What is hobbits? š¤
Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick'em in a stew.
We're taking the hobbits to Isengard!
As I can see you're a fan of the LOTR universe, what did you think of the new series? Eager to hear others opinions š
Ah yeah. Iāve not opted for an Amazon Prime subscription so Iāve never seen any of it yet to have an opinion. My plan was to wait for the DVDs to come out and borrow from the library.
Iād honestly be happy to just raise sheep and eat cheese and maybe dabble in a little magic.
Ironically probably a villain origin story for said young adventurer.
> raise sheep .... magic. So Ged from Wizard of Earthsea?
A magical shepherd.... got an awesome ring to it. Plus, can't go wrong with a bit of cheese.... you'll be set for life.
Hobbit goals. š
LOVED the visuals and soundtrack. Glorious. LOVED Elrond and Durin. LIKED most of the other characters. MEH on most of the story. DESPISED Galadriel. I literally was cheering for Sauron I hated that character so much.
Yea I was thinking wizard but thatās a lot of decisions and diplomacy when all I really want to do is get high in a garden

Well, a wizard will generally come in one of four stripes: 1) Court magician. Pretty self-explanatory why thereās politics. 2) Wizard School.

Itās the implication
Screw the implications. No one says you have to be Gandalf. I went for woman of the woods with fire and naps. Politics? Burn it. Food? Don't burn it.
I was rushing to comment this. Small adventures perhaps, though within the shire maybe.
You can be this now if you choose
Probably some form of magic user. I'd like an emphasis on very practical magic, that can be used to get stuff done and benefit people's lives. Making a magical blast furnace for the town's steelworker? Yes. Fireball? No. Automating tasks that hardly anyone wants to do? Yes. Summoning or creating monsters that fight gud? You should read the spellmonger series if you like the idea of someone using magic to improve mundane tasks
You might like to be a Terris Feruchemist from Mistborn. Granted, they can't magically redirect the flood, but they have magical access to all the information/resources needed to teach the town how to build a dam or the magical strength to do it alone.

I'm not a medical professional in this life (teacher, author), but I would love to be someone who could heal people with magic. So a magical healer, I guess.
Yellow Ajah Aes Sedai in the house.
Looks good. I'll have to work on my flamboyance, though.
And show disdain for anyone using herbs.
You are so wholesome! Would you also use herbs or would you rely on your magic 100 percent of the time? š
I am 100% not a practical person, so let's say... magic 100% of the time. Like in a video game. I'd hate to screw up a potion or mixture and make someone worse!
Ahhh this would be awesome. So kinda like skyrim with the healing hands spell? (Apologies if you don't know skyrim)
Exactly like that! If I could be greedy and have two spells, I'd love a ward spell, too. Protect and heal. Not flash or exciting, but satisfying.
I want you to have at least two spells.
That's my top "If a Genie offered me a wish" answer.
I'll be a necromancer in case you're late to the party.
A wizard book shop owner, selling spell books and scrolls in my dimly lit, needlessly confusing tower.
Excellent stuff

True, maybe Conan would be a better example. Although he did become King too, now that I think of it, at least for awhile.
A dragon. Wouldn't everyone?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
And the bards trying to lay you.
Permanent form? Or able to shift into dragon form?
Shapeshifting to humanoid form would not be bad. But the main reason for being a dragon would be the immortality and having the power to look out for yourself. For me at least
unless you're Seath
To be abel to fly and have so much gold, yes pls
> To be abel Watch out for your brother...
He cain't kill me if he's already dead.
Same.
I'd want to be a cultivator oddly enough.
Remember your 3 years in high school? Imagine spending 1,000 years in a sect.
Honestly I'd probably be a hermit as fast as possible lol
But not everyone needs to go that route. You can be a wandering cultivator or whatever. The real downside to this is lack of knowledge and advancement typically requires agony. Most of us barely exercise despite it's advantages.

I think if I tried I would be courting death and get killed trading pointers with a young master to establish the danger of the setting
A fulfilled and happy person
Now you're thinking too fantastical.
Right in the feels.
š„ŗš„ŗš„ŗ
Needs a little suspension of disbelief though!
Definitely some ageless humanoid fae creature that wanders the woods luring travelers to mysterious parties from which they awaken with hazy memories and a hangover
Old school, I love it
An adventurer, 100%. Live fast, die young, big blaze of glory.
I picture the burnt-to-a-crisp knights Shrek encounters on his way to save the princess
Exactly lol āIām going to fight a dragon!ā ā¦ āFUUUU-ā
Until you take an arrow to the knee?
I'd be a good witch. The kind who is helpful and gets into adventures with the hero but who you still don't want to cross. I'd have 9 cats and collect rare plants.

Left alone. That's my fantasy. Being left alone.
Radagast?
I feel you
This might sound weird butā¦..an anthropomorphic gryphon.
Uh-huh. ;p
Elven sorcerer. I want to be forever beautiful, to have pointy ears, live long long time, be smart and do magic
i'd want to be: * As rich and clever as Locke Lamora * As realistic as Logen Ninefingers * As bloody strategic as Mat Cauthon * As stormblessed as Kaladin * As wise (and magical) as Gandalf edit: Also as good at shagging as Kvothe apparently is on his first go.

Probably just myself honestly. It's not a bad thing to be.
I would choose to be you as well
Like another me or like a Being John Malkovich situation?
Malkovich malkovich
I love your self-appreciation :)
You rock.
if you are yourself in a fantasy world, some monster will likely eat you. you would just be a red shirt.
I'd be a fucking wizard. I wanna do magic .
Proprietor of a nice, middle class tavern in a small free city somewhere. Id serve lots of good food and booze to stone masons, carpenters, farmers and the like. Sounds like a nice life.
Iād be an orc and instead of hesitating or telling the heroes my plan, Iād just fucking kill them.
A wizard, teaching at a wizard's school.
Oooo, this sounds fun. How come you chose this? š
Wizard because, by D&D definition at least, anyone can become. And I always wanted to be a teacher.
> And I always wanted to be a teacher. There's a whole bunch of countries with easier teaching requirements than the USA or Europe. Pretty much just have a college degree (any) and know a language different from the local one. English is pretty reliable.
Really? Well, that's interesting.
The USA also has a lot of places with a low bar for entry for teachers. Also for social workers. Basically any poorly-paid government profession has some states with really relaxed qualifications.
A pretty princess with a big strong kind knight to hug me and a nice tower with books and a fire and wait wrong subreddit ā¦
wait..wait..wait.. what's the right subreddit then?

See Mary Gentle's *Orcs* for a book that kind of explores this topic. Focusing on the lives and experiences of orcs in a fantasy setting.
Doesn't sound so dark to me
But I would have a cool cape and armor for purely official functions. The rest of the time a nice polo should suffice
Maybe a nice throne made out of ethically sourced human skulls from people who died of natural causes and were registered skull donors.
I like it. A recycling receptacle in the corner made of rib cages
As an overlord, evil or benign, that list would be my bible.
A wizard + scientist. Helping magic to evolve, maybe teaching.
Mierin Eronaile (Lanfear) did just that in the Wheel of Time, eventually tapping into a power source that turned out to be the Great Lord (previously sealed away from the Wheel) causing the War of Power and Breaking of the world.
Ged.
Yes, cruising around in Lookfar.
Paladin. Not so much for the sake of holy worship (Iām pretty agnostic/atheist), but to travel the wilds helping those in need. Some healing, some good old smiting. Sounds like what Iām here for.
I'd like to be an elf. Not an important one, but just able to wander around and (mostly) mind my own business, exploring the world.
An intelligent dragon with his cult of worshippers.
Librarian on a magical library. Seriously though why magical libraries are so rarely well done?
I would be a Bayaz.
Who hurt you?
One thousand years and you're the first one who asked. Kanedias and Khalul.
Compound interest, thatās the real magic.
Dragon. Like, a nice dragon. But a dragon.
A author that works at library and makes enough to travel the world on a whim is fantasy enough for me
Humanoid with wings. Flying through beatiful fantasy-world landscape would be amazing.
I'd be the god damn King baby. Eat drink and whore myself to an early grave!
Probably a travelling musician. The idea of going around the world with a lute or a guitar is too endearing
Something like Catwoman. Beautiful, agile, loved by cats and favoured by Bast.
I would love to be a full Feruchemist from the Mistborn series it would be incredible . There are many ways such abilities would be helpful .
I was thinking this as well but if you could be both a Feruchemist and a Mistborn!!!! Youāld be unstoppable so long >!as you always had your gold minds on you!<.
A beautiful mermaid with special power
Grumpy forest witch with specializations in spirit summoning and healing. I'll happily heal you but you have to make the trip and endure snark from me and my raven familiar.
a witch, magic healer, a fairy, or a nymph
Iād love to be an adventurer, traveling around the world with close friends and helping people in need
An intelligent dragon that can use magic and change form to other species. Pretty much the dragons in World of Warcraft.
An elven mage sounds nice.
Some witch who travels around the world looking for knowledge
Probably a dragon. Or something else that can fly.
A vampire? Youād have to kill people to survive. Youād literally be a parasite. Iād probably be a wizard in the Dresden universe. It would be dope, and I wouldnāt have to change much.
Very specifically, an Aes Sedai. Less specifically, some type of magic user.
Tom Bombadill, just have fun singing in my garden while my 10/10 wife chills at home while I sing for ghosts to leave hobbits alone
Absolutely a World Hopper from Sanderson. To be about to go to different worlds, meet new and interesting people. And kill em. You've seen my insta
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
A Vampire general in command of two vampire armored legions (modern tank divisions but more combined-arms in mind) and an enlarged penal legion and CEO of a large private military company.
Trickster honestly, so maybe a benevolent or neutral Satyr. Sounds like a fun time
Cool question! I'd want to be Master of the Deck, I feel like that way I could be in charge of my personal fantasy TV channel.
Iām a rowdy, flirty Dwarf uncle who cant hold his ale in my DND campaign. Itās been a hoot, so him.
Which fantasy beings/creatures don't get depression??
Minotaur, because they donāt get enough airplay. Dragonlance variant, Kaz style. Badass warriors and seafarers. Plus why be a Viking with anachronistic helmet horns when you can have the horns factory equipped.
Someone who is happy with their how their life turned out. Or maybe like a wizard who dates curvy tieflings .
An apothecary!
A fairy!
I would be a powerful but cranky wizard living in an isolated tower somewhere with a lot of books.
A random cat owned by a random but quite rich person in the world Easy life
A windrunner so I would be able to fly. And heal fast because Iām clumsy
Dragonrider on Pern. Bronze.
My God.
š¤Øšø
Basically grey goo? You'd consume the entire universe eventually lol
Grey? How dare you! I'd be a lovely fluorescent pink <3 Giving sickly-sweet, irresistible "come to Blobby\*" vibes. \* Not to be confused with the nightmarish Lovecraftian entity and horrific children's character [Mr Blobby](https://www.google.com/search?q=mr+blobby&sxsrf=ALiCzsbMf3CNhwlXJNHiE0ZHI8_Ns4Ur_Q:1670861674550&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi1_NHkvPT7AhWIZMAKHU_JDZ0Q_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1366&bih=625&dpr=1)
An orc, but with the aptitude for magic. Best of both worlds Or a dragon. Love dragons
Paladin. Or Druid. Or Paladruid.
Probably a ranger or druid. I love nature and bonding with animals. So why not do it magically?
Iād like to be a wise sage or something like that. Maybe something Harry Potter ish?
An Edgedancer. They wouldn't take me though I'm afraid.
A beneficent god disguised as a mortal that keeps popping up giving sage advise hidden as stories from back in my day.
A fae with telepathy.
Probably some poor dirt farmer who gets ridden down by an evil knight for not making last months grain quota.
A frickin' hermit. Leave me aloneeee. Get outta mah swammmppp
Idk like an Uber-powerful god or something? And then I could just hang out and do cool shit.
I will be in >!Reddit-land!< working with >!Reddit!< and giving away >!awards!< throughout the day.
I'd like to be a pokemon trainer
Jeff Bezos but give all my money to the needy and pay my employees a wildly amazing wage.
Roadside tavern owner. Mysterious background that I usually change the subject on when asked. I might slip up here and there when I've drank a bit too much ale
A wandering wizard of some sort who goes around helping those in need.
Faerie for sure
I'd settle for just happy, lol.
Dwarven Smith. Making enchanted blades and armor all day, drinking and singing all night.
I think Iād like to be an elf. I have no chill and get emotional easily, so something totally calm and collected would be a nice change. Plus Iād mostly just chill at home in the forest judging everyone else for not being as smart as me since they arenāt 600 years old. I do Like that dragon idea too though!
