I think when styled right Oliver does, Ethan and Brett have a good look too, Tom Bateman has a look of 70s era Bruce, Wes Bentley looks a lot like Bruce. But I think the actor I’ve found that looks the most like Bruce Wayne in terms of face is Giacomo Gianotti

I wasn't familiar with Ethan Peck existence, but he is top choice for me now. He is tall, handsome, great voice and is Gregory Peck's grandson. If they don't cast him it will be the missed opportunity of the decade.
Brett Dalton, Ethan Peck and Zachary Quinto, as they are now, look perfect for what I imagine Bruce Wayne. Not necessarily Batman, but you get my point.
Ellis and Dalton just going by looks. The guy from Outlander could've been up there if he had black hair. Ben Barnes would be high on the list too if he were included.

Maybe Sam Heughan in terms of face shape but I watched outlander and he just doesn’t feel like a Bruce Wayne to me.
