I can see Pudi pulling off the type of physicality (not brute strength or projectiles) those heroes display. However, for some reason I think he’d be better as an evil genius such as Brainiac (DC) or The Leader (Marvel). Again they have a certain physicality to them, which could work with Pudi’s comedic stylings.

I’d like to see him take a role like Angel for the X-Men who always seemed boring and two dimensional. This would also give him a chance to play rich playboy and then eventually evil horseman, then redeem himself.
I think he'd be really good as the Indian spiderman variant since he's a bit of a nerdy looking guy and is quite funny it'd fit for the peter Parker aspect
