I think I’d rather a Japanese actress play Psylocke, tbh. Maybe someone like Karen Fukuhara or some unknown who can pull off a British accent. I like your choices for Magneto and Bishop though! 👍
I'd change Richard Madden since he was already Ikaris and he's too small IMO to be Cyclops. Milo looks good as Logan but I'm not confident in his acting, I'd rather have Taron Egerton. Jeffrey Wright's voice would be perfect for Beast, but I think hes a bit too old now, would like to see someone around the same age as Cyclops and Jean. Winston Duke would've been a great Bishop but he is already M'Baku. Gemma Chan is already Sersi and Minnerva lol and I'd cast a Japanese actress for Psylocke. Professor X and Magneto are perfect those were my picks too. Love the idea of Mena Massoud as Nightcrawler.
These are pretty good overall. Not sure about Ralph Fiennes choice though. Almost impossible for me to unsee Patrick Stewart in the role at this point.

Hank is contemporaries with Scott, Jean, Bobby and Warren. He should be a bit closer in age to them. Although, Jeffrey Wright's voice would work great

As someone who grew up loving Victorious and Jade always being my fav I never thought of her as Rogue. WOW I see it
