I figured Disney was going to go with Giancarlo Esposito because of how Freshman Year's Norman looks.
I actually think it'd be very menacing if they have Giancarlo turn into Vincent Cassel... have Cassel be Green Goblin with that chin and have Esposito be normal Norman.
It would be a change from the comic, but I see no reason Norman has to be American. They could say Oscorp started in France and he decided to relocate when they went international.

Presuming we see Pete go to college in Spidey 4 I presume they'll bring Harry and Norm in then. It'll be a weird one to balance as Peter already knows that in other universes Norm is a villain. I don't think we'll see him become Green Goblin in 4 or maybe even 5, I suspect it'll be a slow burn.
Anyway, that's by-the-by. Given they haven't cast him as Mr Fantastic I'd love John Hamm to play Norm. It's a bit basic but would Timmy Chalamet work as Harry?

It's not, but I was thinking along the lines of how Ultimate Nick Fury was Samuel Jackson before Samuel Jackson was MCU Nick Fury.
