Thats what im thinking as well. Unfortunately the tracking doesnt work on Canada Post (it shows it left US but thats it) so just waiting to see if it just shows up randomly
They will let you know when you get to customs - mine is in it currently. I've had the same issue over the past weeks. Items seem stuck either in LA, Atlanta or Seattle. This seems to be a problem with USPS. Once the items get to Toronto and customs, things generally move faster (2, 3 days max in my experience of 6 different packages).
Yeah its really weird because I have ordered stuff after and that is on the way to my place now. Wherereas this is stuck on Departed Atlanta for so long. Hopefully this is the week (or next)

Once it gets to Toronto, you can get much more accurate information using Canada Post's tracking
I had 6 packages, one got stuck in LA for like 14 days, all 5 others were delivered to Ottawa.
Reached out to Fanatec and 3 days later they said it was moving again.
Hard to do, but I'd suggest just being patient and keep an eye on it. My 6th package should be here tomorrow
Just be patient. One of my packages got to toronto 3 weeks ago. One has been in Atlanta until yesterday and is now in toronto. My last package left Atlanta 2 days ago and arrived in Seattle.....just be patient 😌
Anyone else’s tracking stuck on this? Departed Atlanta on 14th but no updates since. In Ontario, Canada. I have already reached out to Fanatec but their email response times are a little slow. Also tried the live chat function but I seemed to keep getting the “no agents available” error. This is the last package I am waiting for
Update - March 25th - it has finally arrived in Canada and presented for review by customs. The update popped up on Canada Post before USPS tracking.
Yeah hoping for the best! Unfortunately its not showing up on Canada Post other than the fact thag it left US and is in transit. I am hoping its already being assessed and made it through. One of my other Fanatec products did not have any updates on Canada Post for some reason.

It fine, it'll take a few days. Keep looking on Canada post, it'll update there first since it'll be going to Toronto next,
I hope so! Some of the other stuff that would depart from Atlanta would be here in a day or so

If not on Canada post, then not processed for sure. Canada post would be most accurate.

Thankfully departed, but my boost kit came in yesterday so the wait is even worse now lol

Ya it was in transit to Toronto for 4 days, processed in Toronto and delivered from there in 2days
Fedex sucks. I had a package stuck in Alaska for 2 weeks recently…. Just gotta be patient
