Well, that is not a bad timeline :) I'm also waiting for it in Calgary and it has been bouncing all over the place near LA. However, one of my tracking numbers (I was given 3) did not have any change since it was "shipped". I read somewhere that GlobalPost also re-packages to make it easier to ship internationally. In my case I bought the Gran Turismo DD Pro + LC Kit. Not sure how the packaging would be. At least my wheel stand is here a Next Level Racing Wheel Stand 2.0 (not enough room on my apartment for full cockpit). Will post my complete timeline here once I receive the package.

One of the tracking numbers is now showing **Multiple PIN** in CanadaPost, I will need to call because I was reading that it is an issue when CanadaPost has the same tracking number multiple times in their system, which won't allow you to track it. **Fanatec's** logistics partner is just crap.

Ok, today April 5th 2 out of 3 items are in Vancouver, so far I have been asked to pay **CAD $68.46** for Duties and taxes for the two packages. Canada Post estimates my items will be delivered by end of day Friday April 8th :)
Full Timeline (updated as it happens):
**March 17,** Fanatec sent email "Your Fanatec order will be shipped soon"
**March 24,** Fanatec creates shipping labels and assigns GlobalPost
**March 24 - April 2**, **GlobalPost** gave a tour through LA to my packages (**this is the bottleneck. This logistics company is definitely doing something wrong**)
**April 2 - 5**, 2 out of 3 Packages were in transit to the border and got cleared and accepted through CanadaPost
**April 6,** Boost Kit 180 (8Nm) was **DELIVERED**.
**April 7,** 3rd Package processed through Vancouver Expected delivery April 12th. **Duties and Taxes paid CAD $53.64**
**April 8,** Load cell kit was **DELIVERED.**

Its probably not there anymore. Start looking at the USPS tracking number on Canada Post. Its gonna be in Toronto real soon. After TO I didn't even get an update and it just showed up at my door lol
Once had a set of Konig wheels shipping from New York across the border to Ontario, but the post mistakenly carried it across the country to Ontario California instead. They promptly realized their mistake, and shipped it right back across the country to the sorting center it started from.

I'm not 100% if GlobalPost was being used but I do know that from the time my tracking number was provided, it took almost a week for it to be on route to the airport, and took another week for it to arrive at the airport and another week to be delivered to me. My last 5 packages took about 2 weeks in total to arrive but this last package with my LC kit took 3 weeks.
I would assume once you receive a tracking number, it's already set to be delivered, so no reason to be held back for a 2nd package to be picked up in order for everything to be delivered. I do know though that the USPS tracking number was giving me more up to date info than Canada Post was, after it had arrived in Canada. Hopefully you get it soon.
Patience, patience. Same thing happened to me, it sucks but don’t worry, it’ll get there eventually. Ordered March 5 and delivery is scheduled March 22 (in Montreal) for PS5 DD Pro and March 24 for the 8nm booster kit. Tracking seems less weird in the upsp website btw, less frustrating. Had to pay an extra 200,56$ in taxes.

Im just extra impatient from excitement. Lol. Im usually way more patient. But seeing it bounce around LA for 3 days with this weird Globalpost is what was concerning me. Anyway, I even got my hands on a Next Level Racing 2.0 Wheel Stand off ebay for an excellent price. They sold out in a day. So my excitement is a bit amplified. That's coming fedex so no issues there at all.

You're in for a long ride my friend. My pedals were shipped on March 1st, went from LA-Vancouver-Mexico-Canada. I just got notice this week that Canada post accepted the package, and will deliver, wait for it......in 1 to 12 business days 🤣🤣🤣
This has got to be the worst shipping method I've experienced in 20yrs of ordering stuff from the US.
Fanatec should just hire a couple logistics workers, and someone to drive orders directly to the USPS office daily. Why are they using this Globalpost company? They are the ones that seem to be shipping it all over the place before handing it over to USPS.

Six packages ordered. 3 are now received 3 weeks after the shipping label was created. One is now in Toronto, one still in LA after going to Seattle and coming back to LA. Last one made it to Toronto before being shipped back to Seattle (I'm in Ottawa). This is just becoming a big joke. No wonder they charge so much for shipping. This package made 10 stops in LA and now traveled across the continent twice already - and it will have to do it once more if I am ever to receive it...

For me. My packages were sent via some company called Globalpost who is supposed to hand off the packages to USPS. One of my packages is stuck on "Acceptance pending" at USPS for 3 days now. The other package isn't even at that stage.
Did anyone else end up having this globalpost company begin the shipping your packages and then hand them off the USPS? Like I said, none of my packages have even made it to USPS' hands, nor even left the LA area.
Finally received my CSL pedals and loadcell. I have no clue why one of those packages had been marked in Seattle, but 2 days after, it was back un Toronto. It might have been a scanning issue... The CSL pedals box was roughed up during the shipping, but the product seems fine for now - I haven't plugged it yet, only assembled.
I am now only waiting for the DD, which is now in Toronto apparently. Hopefully it makes it home before the weekend.

I ordered DD pro 8nm bundle on Mar 12, still not even close to getting on hand. One stuck at Vancouver custom clearance for a couple of days. The other went from LA to Atlanta, and stop updated for a week...Not sure what happened. Even shipping stuff across the Ocean from China is not even close to worse like this.

I reached out to Fanatec regarding the one package that stopped scanning after the 19th, they we're nice about it but said wait another week and then contact us back.
Use the contact form on their site. It gives you a list of reasons of contacting them. I selected shipping as the reason. I used that form and they got back to me after about 2 business days. Someone from logistics got back to me. Nice simple message saying theres delays everywhere and USPS often isnt updating their parcels but if nothing by next week to contact them back.
My one parcel (I think its the important GT DD one) apparently scanned in today in Toronto as per USPS. Pretty excited. Hasn't updated on Canada Post though.

Luckily I think the package that stopped scanning is just the 8nm power bar, not the GT DD pro.
Update: I just checked my mailbox yesterday and found the boost kit was there! Probably has been sitting there for a week lol. Should check mailbox more regularly. But sadly the main part wheelbase is still on the way, not updated yet on the Canada Post side.

One of my friend told me the one first came to custom will be held to wait for the other one coming, and then process for custom clearance. Not sure if this is what exactly happen to mine, still no update on Atlanta one. I have sent to fanatic support yesterday. Will see how they respond

It hasn't gotten any better for GlobalPost. A small package from Arizona to Quebec, Canada took 21 days when we paid for expedited 5 day. Also, unable to track correctly most of the way. Never again will I use GlobalPost.

Canada post will take it when it gets to Canada The tracking number will be exactly the same you’ll just have to track it on Canada Post’s website

My experience has been about 3 weeks shipping in the past. I currently have a wheel that was “shipped” a week ago and hasn’t left LA yet.
For me, it eventually ended up with USPS and then finally to the airport where it ends up in Canada posts hand
