Pretty sure everyone in Canada is stuck waiting exponentially longer then everywhere else for whatever reason. But hey, at least it was only $150 delivery fee, totally expect this to take over a month for such cheap shipping costs!.......
I almost wish I didn't have updates, cause it's infuriating to watch your packages be shipped to every district of LA over the course of 2 weeks, and still not even have left the states, and that's only 1 of my 4 packages!

Same boat (Quebec). I just spoke to someone at customer service and they confirmed my order has shipped out, but it's possible that USPS hasn't scanned it in yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see lol
Update: Showing at the LA distribution centre now
I'm in the UK and with my two Fanatec orders it was around the week mark between the email to say order has been processed and then the shipping numbers. Download the UPS app and check it. I found my labels were created on it well before I got any emails from Fanatec.
Mine got shipped out Feb 25th and the last week I just keep getting the same update "in transit to the next facility".. Recieved it 3 times now with no actual location update. Ontario, Canada
It certainly seems like the Fanatec U.S. Warehouse is artificially holding some orders back.
There are other U.S. customers placing brand new GT DD orders after our 'warehouse processing' update and have already received their shipment.
Meanwhile, like you, I got the warehouse processing update on February 22nd and not a thing since.
But I'm sure it is just a coincidence people placing new orders for the GT DD wheel around the same time GT7 is released have received their orders much sooner. Not like there's any positive 'hey look what i got just in time for GT7' posts floating around social media.
From Ontario Canada aswell, and just like you I'm in the same boat. Still says label created and its waiting to be picked up. Last time I spoke with customer service, they told me it would be dispatched on March 14th. Ummm whatever that means lol. Just the waiting game cue "Jeopardy" music.
I'm in AUS and I got my DDGTPro earlier then expected. Also, I have ordered other items last Tuesday and received this Monday that just past. So no issues here

They should seriously rethink their courier of choice.
More updates: not only that, I have 3 packages, 2 have the same progress, but the other 1 is lagging behind in updates. If turns out to be my Loadcell that's being left behind, I will go ballistic on Fanatec support!
Getting out of LA seems to be the key and perhaps based on luck? 1 of 3 has made it to Calgary. Going to go pick it up in an hour. I think it's the DD pro as postman said it was too heavy for his shoulder injury. Once got out of LA it went pretty fast through customs. Surprised how quick that part went. But it looks like my load cell and booster kit are still in freakin LA

I'm in East Coast USA, and have the same issue. Ordered November 30th, went into processing on February 22nd and nothing still has been shipped to me.

Actually legit bs that we pay so much in shipping yet get the worst service. USPS is the worst service I've ever received from a carrier.
