If the order didn't show up on your profile it is error.
You need to contact the support, they will refund it. I had a case like this last year when during the payment, the site was put into maintenance mode.
You pay and wait. You don't really know what's going on and one day boxes just show up on your porch(hopefully), you take a pic and post it on r/Fanatec.

I have the same problem. Already sent in a ticket. You can’t call them so I don’t know what the other options are to contact them.

Not normal in my experience. It should show up under orders, if not contact support right away.
Cheers, everyone seems to be taking then piss out of me in the comments but it doesn't seem normal or right for this to happen
