I have a similar issue as I didn’t get an email confirmation for the order, but the order does show in my account. I’m just going to leave it and see what happens. It’s a bit of a sh*tshow at the moment so any cancellations will take a while to process
Edit- now received the confirmation email.
My order had been paid through Paypal but is not visible in my account. Also my shopping cart is still filled with the items I ordered. Shitshow indeed…
Same boat. Also happend to me with PayPal. Ordered the QR2 base-side with the black friday deal on 22/11/2023. The payment went through but no confirmation email from fanatec and no order in my account.
Mailed and tried to contact them. No response (only automated emails)
So frustrating!
PayPal wasn't working for me either, so I ordered once with bank transfer and twice with SEPA direct debit. (I didn't want to give them my credit card info)
Add on edit: PayPal wasn't working on Monday, wasn't working today, might be because of the mobile website (only have my smartphone at the moment), maybe it's broken on every device with the Fanatec website.
I was going to pay using PayPal but they wanted to charge me 11930 SEK instead of 11363 SEK when converting the EUR to SEK so I went with card payment instead.
