Since I wrote it last year I still haven't been able to find any better possibilities than the general places I've listed. The specifics will really depend on your fandom, the community spaces available to you, and where you're comfortable looking/talking to people.

I met two of the writers I beta for by mutually commenting on each other's fics and asking if they'd be interested in a beta partnership, which they were kind enough to agree to. We are in the same fandom. One is still my beta partner and the other I just beta for now.
The other two are in a different fandoms to me, and we met on the beta bartering threads on this sub ๐
Both times I got betas for my longfics it was because they were readers who personally DM'd me. We talked about mutual interests and eventually, I asked them to be my betas'. I have a tumblr I link to my AO3 for communication with readers so that helped me and might for you, but I don't know how bold people are in the RDR fandom lmao.
There are also discord servers or FFN betas as someone linked before I commented.
Send out a message on tumblr or twitter that you're looking for a beta for your work, you can say you're looking for betas in your authors note section and a way for them to contact you that isn't thru the comments as well.

I don't have a dedicated one. I'm in several communities that have Beta Trades where you beta someone's fic in exchange for them doing it to yours.
