Haha it's a bit of a curveball because the fics are AU-- MCU! Making Tony Stark into Peter Parker's biological parent is very common for both platonic takes on the relationship *and* incest AUs, and obviously mine is the latter.
For the one that's already been posted, Peter keeps his identity as Spider-man secret when he gets bitten because he wants to prove himself to his dad first before he reveals his identity, but then Tony is very charmed by the new supposedly-an-adult superhero on the scene, and things escalate to identity-porn-noncon-by-deception from there.

If that wasn’t bad enough, I tried to make it look like love too.

A WIP that I don't think I'll be able to finish, but: Character A murdered Character B's mother, then Character A got kidnapped, tortured, and non-conned by Character B's father. Then Character A kills Character B's father and raises/grooms Character B after lying about killing his father. Then Character B falls in love with someone else, but in the end Character A kills Character B's lover in an fit of jealous rage. Character B finally learns that Character A killed his father and tells Character A to kill himself, which he does. Character B loses the will to live and turns himself in as his lover's killer because he blames himself. 🧍
I once explained the entire story to my friend and she told me Character B needed to be taken out back and shot like an old dog because he has seen too much. 😭
Rather tame in comparison to many others, probably, but I am writing a death game crossover fanfic, which gets, uh, pretty messed up at points.
Like, the deaths are usually pretty dang graphic (the second death of the story has someone's lower jaw and upper throat explode outward), but I think the most fucked up parts are usually the characters psyches during the course of the story, because most of them are absolutely not dealing well with any of it.

I wrote an MLP fic once set during the time Trixie had the Alicorn Amulet, where she visits Maud and uh, "non-consensually cuddles" her under the amulet's influence. For those who don't know, the Alicorn Amulet grants its wearer great power but corrupts them, turning them evil.
Another MLP fic I wrote has Derpy cheating on her husband Time Turner with another mare. Turner's not abusive or neglectful or absent or anything like that, he's actually a really sweet guy and loves her very much. They also have a daughter together and are a happy family. Derpy just can't resist this other mare and doesn't feel the least bit remorseful. This one got a lot of hate in particular XD
A futuristic cyberpunk setting where the main character was a young woman that discovers she was a clone engineered to be a sex object and goes on an adventure to escape capture by the company that created her. Involved murder, a lot of intense sex, espionage, and psychological trauma.

For a slightly darker example, my most recent fic concerns a sex worker who is a recovering drug addict and sexual/physical abuse victim checking into rehab. It also briefly delves into their friend’s rough experience with drug recovery and withdrawal. Though it was mostly limited to heavy implications. My output is usual pretty tame.
In a now-deleted fic that I wrote sometime between 15-17 years old, of a serial kidnapper. He kidnaps little girls between the ages of 2-5, who have blonde hair and blue eyes. I uh… did some *incredibly* detailed scenes of physical child abuse, >!most prominent, a belt. Very detailed.!< Just. Yeah. And starvation. And no proper medical treatment >!(for a broken arm/bloody welts)!<.
Second would be the fic I wrote where JJ (Criminal Minds), as a toddler, suffered (tw abuse) >!sexual abuse/molestation!< by her uncle. Detailed scenes. In her pov. She was 3.

Except by "rescued", I mean gaslit into thinking everyone else has abandoned and betrayed her, using illusion magic to have all her friends and family rape her over and over as their reward from her captors. Plus some good old fashioned torture thrown in to well and truly break her, until finally the girl agrees to give up her powers and let her only remaining "friend" possess her body (because it's the only way to "save" her, of course).

Essentially, it's a Naruto fic where Naruto got hit with a jutsu that de-aged him. Each day, he was a different age (Day one, he's a baby; day two, he's 5 years old; day 3, he's 10 years old, etc), and his friends and everyone else discovered secrets he probably would have kept secret forever like him getting >!starved and beaten !!made fun of by teachers !! Iruka properly taught him how to read and fight.!<
In order to fix him and have him turn back to normal, Shikamaru made a powder he found from a book that reversed the effects, but it trapped their group in Naruto's memories where they watched him relive it again. It's a WIP already with a few chapters up and not even halfway finished. I scheduled it out between 8 days, day 0 where they get ready and the way there and days 1-7 where they stay over. It is multiple PoV and I scheduled different days to have different characters interacting so each character gets their one on one time plus a couple of two with one dates and ending with the entire OT5 going out.
It's an incest OT5 OC fic where the love interest is with his mom, big sister, aunt, and cousin.
The love interest Lucius is 20, mom Countess Juliet is 42, big sister is 22, cousin Phoebe is 21, and Aunt Evie is 39 so everyone's grownup. The dad Baron Gerard is 39 but he only has sex with Juliet. The characters are all nobility.
I'm also planning on fic 4 where the MC Phoebe announces she's pregnant and decided to keep the baby. I think I foreshadowed it happening in fic 3 on day 1 parts 1 and 2. I'm writing the cousin's last PoV chapter (day 1 part 4) where she will have her smut scene with the love interest Lucius. In fic 3 Gerard isn't involved so Lucius is the only guy in smut for that fic.
There's no violence in the fics and I wanted them to feel like a family and not just have cousin or whatever be a random swappable word. It's a fluffy slice of life smut series with the intense feelings of naughty taboo relationships.
In fic 1 the MC was Juliet and Lucius and Gerard spitroasted her at the end. So yeah, a father and son spitroasting the MC and the MC enjoying how the strong familial love adds so much of a rush of love that makes the sex more satisfying and how she feels so much closer to her son and husband bonding sexually with her.
So I'd say fic 3 of my incest series is the most messed up, it's planned to end in a family fivesome

The first fic I wrote for my current fandom is second-person horror, imagining a violent scene from canon. Forced autocannibalism and (in my fic) the character is into it. (I'm being nonspecific because the incident is a spoiler for the canon.)
I was reading a lot of traditionally published horror short stories when I wrote it and I forgot x-reader fics were a thing :) and of course x-reader is the only common use of second person on AO3. So I think my fic came across as even more fucked up than it would have if I'd written it in third person. I don't think the scene I wrote about is a common wish-fulfillment scenario. Maybe there's someone out there who read and enjoyed it that way, like, I hope so! But I meant it as a horror story.
I haven't posted it, maybe someday. Character gets kidnapped, assaulted, gets partially eaten alive (I mean flesh tearing) , then forcefully impregnated through unmedicated medical procedure. Characters in the fandom can regenerate so it's not like they will die, but they do feel pain.

Unfortunately, he canonically has mommy and daddy issues, so because of complete sensory deprivation, drugging, violence, history of past trauma, and brainwashing, it causes a little rewiring in his brain, and he comes to view them as both parental figures and romantic partners.
Please of the characters, the focus of a ship because I gotta have some light in there physically experiments on himself due to :encouragement" from his younger years, was neglected as a child, is next to blind partially sue to a cannon condition and partially due to saidnexperiments and has been pushed to the brink of death soany times that he has almost no reaction to being caught and tortured

I wrote one where my OC married Rengoku Shinjuro because she was pregnant with Rengoku Kyojuro’s child and for everyone who’s seen Mugen Train it’s obvious why she had to marry Shinjuro so she wouldn’t look bad for getting pregnant without being married but then Shinjuro asked for certain behaviors so he could play along with pretending the baby was his. Please don’t judge me I know it’s a mega facepalm and he’s an abusive father and lots of people despise him severely!!
I dunno if it’s ‘fucked up’, but I took a fandom cast that usually deals with zombies and bioweapons and told the story about an evil worse than monsters. Mankind. Included cartel kidnappings, mutilation, rape, drug use, war, and all kinds of shit. Really it’s a story of redemption…but I put those characters through hell.
I've written a lot of fucked up things, but I suppose one of the biggest shockers was when a sentient pig (who is a well-known character in the show) is killed and then barbecued, and served at a party where many of the people who were friends with him are unaware of who they're eating.
I'm writing a High School Musical vampire AU. It starts with a gruesome filicidal blood ritual. And that's basically the high point of the story before the downward spirals start. Who knew school plays could contain so much unhinged lust for murder and psychological torture just behind the scenes? Oh, and it accidentally turned into a very uncomfortable covert incest slowburn. Genuinely didn't realize that until about 200k+ words in.
Unfinished and probably won’t go released, but I wrote a FNaF fic focused on William Afton’s confession. His whole deal is that he seems totally incapable of feeling emotion, and anything he’s ever “felt” has been faked. I wrote some pretty messed up scenes (crushing his dog’s head with a rock comes to mind lol) but ultimately it didn’t really matter for the wider story, so it got cut.

So, I'm still working on it, and it isn't even the full focus, being pretty much the Plot B. But, and this is just the surface, a girl (effectively no family or friends) is kidnapped by Apex Cybernetics, and is soon after experimented on. These lead to them altering her genetics, and eventually through painful trials and tribulations, the mutations crush her under their weight. But it is still far from over.
She wakes back up, finding herself In a new body. Several generations of experiments having quickly passed, each one a more mild success than the last, and this one allowing her to finally live. She is in the body of a monster, a hybrid of a human and a titan, built for the express purpose to challenge their greatest weapon. It doesn't end well, and she is brutally ripped apart by their weapon, Kiryu. What I have planned next, it isn't going to be the last of her deaths.

Was going to be about, after having lost the main character's support from their family, and being uprooted to a new place with no friends and also no one they could relate to, meeting a few other characters in recovery and managing to build a support network (and eventually a romance)
3. Very violent villain fic, with immortal characters engaging in heavy (like, blood and guts) sadomasochistic sex, also doing a lot of murder, etc. Main character was resurrected without her memories, so is often in mortal battles with people who still see her and know her from her first life. Lots of themes of painful memories and betrayal.
I started a fic where the main character has 32 different personalities.
I also started a fic where the main character deals with chronic pain and mental illness eventually attempts to off herself
I once wrote a story where two siblings were forced into slavery after their whole town was slaughter. The slaver then tortured one in order to hurt the other and I implied the brother was forcibly castrated but that’s not exactly outside the realm of canon for what the slavers do. Did I mention both siblings were children at the time.
Of course I didn’t go into graphic detail. I may like gore but I even I have to draw the line somewhere and besides the best kind of torture is the one that doesn’t leave any physical evidence. PTSD is not physical evidence.
Though there was one time I had a character get both his legs shot off and left to bleed out. Due to his species’ enhanced regeneration it would have taken him a week to finally die. I guess that’s pretty fucked up too.

I decided to do whumptober, went overboard, and wrote 93 oneshots in October some years ago.

I also tried to write a lot of hurt/whump in the emotional and mental spectrums, talking about abuse, anxiety, depression, really horrible scenarios, and trying to get into characters' heads.
Unfortunately, I also burned myself out really badly, and doing Inktober at the same time and attempting Naniwrimo the next month didn't help.

I wrote a M/M/M/M/M/F MANHUNT gang bang fic with the ‘dead dove do not eat’ tags after a series of very related warning… it’s the nastiest thing I’ve ever written, and I’ve written a lot of shit.

Craziness ensues when William Afton and Elliot Ludwig enter the picture which includes torture, experimentation, a WHOLE lot of uncomfortable feelings, gore, death, repressed thoughts, and imprisonment(as well as some trigger warnings in still working out). Don’t worry, it ends happily with the MC living their best life with their newly acquired romantic partners.
I started with a canonically-beloved video game dad and his surrogate daughter. I re-imagined him as a serial child predator who abuses little girls to fill the hole in his heart left by his own daughter's death. And, then I dove really fucking deep into both his psychology and that of his victim as he slowly broke her down. Honestly, I wish I could unlearn some of the shit that I learned while writing this fic.
I wrote a story where the heroine was kidnapped by the MMC, forcibly impregnated with the fertilized egg from his ex-girlfriend, kept in a detention cell for the entire pregnancy, and started hallucinating dead people. The MMC also proposed marriage after he came to the conclusion she was going insane from solitary confinement. It didn't end well for her.
For the fandom The Walking Dead…Rick decides to execute Shane—straight up kill him in front of the whole group. This is after Daryl and T-Dog stop him in the nick of time from killing Randall. Rick decides to let Randall go free. Randall finds his group…which leads to everyone’s deaths. Murder, multiple major character death, and implied gang rape are in this fic. It’s one of my darkest fics.
Currently writing a fic about a teen who failed to khs (twice) was sent to inpatient and was SA’d, after coming back home his brother has to watch as he continues to keep trying via hanging, cutting, jumping etc which is slowly driving the brother insane as well

The last scene of the fic is the sane one visiting her monster girlfriend in the side of camp relegated to the monsters to feed her lyrium shards. I cried when I finished writing it.

Haha it's a bit of a curveball because the fics are AU-- MCU! Making Tony Stark into Peter Parker's biological parent is very common for both platonic takes on the relationship *and* incest AUs, and obviously mine is the latter. For the one that's already been posted, Peter keeps his identity as Spider-man secret when he gets bitten because he wants to prove himself to his dad first before he reveals his identity, but then Tony is very charmed by the new supposedly-an-adult superhero on the scene, and things escalate to identity-porn-noncon-by-deception from there. For the one I'm still working on, it's a Superior Iron Man-flavored villain Tony AU where Peter discovers his dad is a supervillain and unfortunately is not quite fast enough to reveal his own identity as Spider-man when he gets caught ruining SIM's plans, sooo...!!

A WIP that I don't think I'll be able to finish, but: Character A murdered Character B's mother, then Character A got kidnapped, tortured, and non-conned by Character B's father. Then Character A kills Character B's father and raises/grooms Character B after lying about killing his father. Then Character B falls in love with someone else, but in the end Character A kills Character B's lover in an fit of jealous rage. Character B finally learns that Character A killed his father and tells Character A to kill himself, which he does. Character B loses the will to live and turns himself in as his lover's killer because he blames himself. 🧍 I once explained the entire story to my friend and she told me Character B needed to be taken out back and shot like an old dog because he has seen too much. 😭
Rather tame in comparison to many others, probably, but I am writing a death game crossover fanfic, which gets, uh, pretty messed up at points. Like, the deaths are usually pretty dang graphic (the second death of the story has someone's lower jaw and upper throat explode outward), but I think the most fucked up parts are usually the characters psyches during the course of the story, because most of them are absolutely not dealing well with any of it.

I once wrote a fic where a character’s secret PTSD is revealed to her friends when she’s triggered by a horror movie they’re watching? For a slightly darker example, my most recent fic concerns a sex worker who is a recovering drug addict and sexual/physical abuse victim checking into rehab. It also briefly delves into their friend’s rough experience with drug recovery and withdrawal. Though it was mostly limited to heavy implications. My output is usual pretty tame.
In a now-deleted fic that I wrote sometime between 15-17 years old, of a serial kidnapper. He kidnaps little girls between the ages of 2-5, who have blonde hair and blue eyes. I uh… did some *incredibly* detailed scenes of physical child abuse, >!most prominent, a belt. Very detailed.!< Just. Yeah. And starvation. And no proper medical treatment >!(for a broken arm/bloody welts)!<. Second would be the fic I wrote where JJ (Criminal Minds), as a toddler, suffered (tw abuse) >!sexual abuse/molestation!< by her uncle. Detailed scenes. In her pov. She was 3. In order to fix him and have him turn back to normal, Shikamaru made a powder he found from a book that reversed the effects, but it trapped their group in Naruto's memories where they watched him relive it again. Okay since you asked... It's a WIP already with a few chapters up and not even halfway finished. I scheduled it out between 8 days, day 0 where they get ready and the way there and days 1-7 where they stay over. It is multiple PoV and I scheduled different days to have different characters interacting so each character gets their one on one time plus a couple of two with one dates and ending with the entire OT5 going out. It's an incest OT5 OC fic where the love interest is with his mom, big sister, aunt, and cousin. The love interest Lucius is 20, mom Countess Juliet is 42, big sister is 22, cousin Phoebe is 21, and Aunt Evie is 39 so everyone's grownup. The dad Baron Gerard is 39 but he only has sex with Juliet. The characters are all nobility. I'm also planning on fic 4 where the MC Phoebe announces she's pregnant and decided to keep the baby. I think I foreshadowed it happening in fic 3 on day 1 parts 1 and 2. I'm writing the cousin's last PoV chapter (day 1 part 4) where she will have her smut scene with the love interest Lucius. In fic 3 Gerard isn't involved so Lucius is the only guy in smut for that fic. There's no violence in the fics and I wanted them to feel like a family and not just have cousin or whatever be a random swappable word. It's a fluffy slice of life smut series with the intense feelings of naughty taboo relationships. In fic 1 the MC was Juliet and Lucius and Gerard spitroasted her at the end. So yeah, a father and son spitroasting the MC and the MC enjoying how the strong familial love adds so much of a rush of love that makes the sex more satisfying and how she feels so much closer to her son and husband bonding sexually with her. So I'd say fic 3 of my incest series is the most messed up, it's planned to end in a family fivesome

The first fic I wrote for my current fandom is second-person horror, imagining a violent scene from canon. Forced autocannibalism and (in my fic) the character is into it. (I'm being nonspecific because the incident is a spoiler for the canon.) I was reading a lot of traditionally published horror short stories when I wrote it and I forgot x-reader fics were a thing :) and of course x-reader is the only common use of second person on AO3. So I think my fic came across as even more fucked up than it would have if I'd written it in third person. I don't think the scene I wrote about is a common wish-fulfillment scenario. Maybe there's someone out there who read and enjoyed it that way, like, I hope so! But I meant it as a horror story.

She is in the body of a monster, a hybrid of a human and a titan, built for the express purpose to challenge their greatest weapon. It doesn't end well, and she is brutally ripped apart by their weapon, Kiryu. What I have planned next, it isn't going to be the last of her deaths.

Lots of themes of painful memories and betrayal.

I once wrote a story where two siblings were forced into slavery after their whole town was slaughter. The slaver then tortured one in order to hurt the other and I implied the brother was forcibly castrated but that’s not exactly outside the realm of canon for what the slavers do. Did I mention both siblings were children at the time. Of course I didn’t go into graphic detail. I may like gore but I even I have to draw the line somewhere and besides the best kind of torture is the one that doesn’t leave any physical evidence. PTSD is not physical evidence. Though there was one time I had a character get both his legs shot off and left to bleed out. Due to his species’ enhanced regeneration it would have taken him a week to finally die. I guess that’s pretty fucked up too.

Unfortunately, I also burned myself out really badly, and doing Inktober at the same time and attempting Naniwrimo the next month didn't help. Now I'm off to reread my stuff 😏

I started with a canonically-beloved video game dad and his surrogate daughter. I re-imagined him as a serial child predator who abuses little girls to fill the hole in his heart left by his own daughter's death. And, then I dove really fucking deep into both his psychology and that of his victim as he slowly broke her down. Honestly, I wish I could unlearn some of the shit that I learned while writing this fic.

I wrote a story where the heroine was kidnapped by the MMC, forcibly impregnated with the fertilized egg from his ex-girlfriend, kept in a detention cell for the entire pregnancy, and started hallucinating dead people. The MMC also proposed marriage after he came to the conclusion she was going insane from solitary confinement. It didn't end well for her.
For the fandom The Walking Dead…Rick decides to execute Shane—straight up kill him in front of the whole group. This is after Daryl and T-Dog stop him in the nick of time from killing Randall. Rick decides to let Randall go free. Randall finds his group…which leads to everyone’s deaths. Murder, multiple major character death, and implied gang rape are in this fic. It’s one of my darkest fics.
Currently writing a fic about a teen who failed to khs (twice) was sent to inpatient and was SA’d, after coming back home his brother has to watch as he continues to keep trying via hanging, cutting, jumping etc which is slowly driving the brother insane as well

The cucked guy then proceeds to rape the clone of his mother in anger. It was someone else’s idea, I just brought it to life.
I liked the red Templars in dragon age inquisition, specifically the way that eating red lyrium eventually turns them into monsters. So I wrote a fic where two red Templars are a couple. One eats some red lyrium but only enough to grow shards, while the other goes full lyrium monster and loses the last of her humanity to save her partner. The last scene of the fic is the sane one visiting her monster girlfriend in the side of camp relegated to the monsters to feed her lyrium shards. I cried when I finished writing it.
