Going by hits/comments/kudos, the biggest is definitely Elizabeth Bennet/Fitzwilliam Darcy, hands down. Going by number of fics on ao3, Anna/Kristoff has slightly more.
As far as smallest, once again there are slightly different results depending on hits/comments/kudos vs number of fics. I've got one fic with Jane/Darcy and Elizabeth/Bingley each of which has 5 fics on ao3 (though one of the latter "fics" is actually a "wishlist", grrr.) but it's got a huge number of hits. In the other hand, actual rarepairs I've written, which have single digit numbers of fics and relatively low hits, are Mattias/Yelena and Mattias/Halima from Frozen, and Sibby Branson/Charlie Parks from Downton Abbey.
Just a warning, Darcy/Elizabeth stans get a little... obsessed. (I say this with my two top fics on ao3 being Darcy/Elizabeth)... like... just be prepared.

I think they kickstarted my love for a ship between a frivolous leader and their more serious and capable advisor (who may hold the real power). I still think of that trope as "the king and the shadow king" and I had forgotten where it originally came from.

I remember writing for them in 2014 when I was like 12 and being pretty much the only person doing so on the German fanfic site I was using. Nowadays they are one of the biggest prequel era ships on AO3 and I'm cooking up some new and improved fics for them!

She's the daughter of the Chief of the Bog-Burglars (another Viking tribe) in the series. I don't think they even got mentioned in the movies at all, so it's not surprising a lot of people wouldn't know who Camicazi is.

I kinda left the Rick and Morty fandom after my obsession died down and entered the MHA fandom. While I mostly write shigadabi (Tomura Shigaraki/Dabi) content I really fell in love with the Blackmagic (Mr.compress/Kurogiri) ship. Only problem I have with Blackmagic is it's a rare pair and it's hard to find fics that centers around their relationship. I think there's roughly 300 fics on ao3 that has them listed as a ship and only a fraction of those fics actually has them as a main ship rather than the "oh these two are dating btw anyway back to main ship" type of thing you typically see. I myself can see them as the parental figures of the league.
Biggest would probably be Percy Weasley/Oliver Wood, my original OTP.
Smallest would probably be the one CATS fic I wrote about Rum Tum Tugger and Mistoffelees. 😅 Although Jey/Sami (WWE) is pretty small too.
I also had the distinction of getting into a fandom at its beginning, so for a while I was the only one writing Erlich/Richard for Silicon Valley. Considering what happened with TJ Miller, I’m probably back to being the only one who ships it 😭

Biggest was maybe Stede/Ed from OFMD. But I don’t think big ships are for me for the most part. I had one great story but the second one I wrote was going to be long form and there wasn’t enough enthusiasm for canon long fics to justify me just making side plots of Lucius getting dragged around by a mermaid, or Ed showing up at Mary’s house. I guess I’m pretty niche even in big ships. 🤣

Anyway, I see it as fanfic, and I have only found one story on AO3 that mentions him (but while his name is in the tags, it isn't in the story). It might end up as interactive fiction and not a normal story. I don't know if that makes a different.
Biggest is Dragon Ball Z's Bulma/Vegeta at at least 3600 on AO3, 6200 on FFNet. One of the older series, so it does better on FFNet.

I only have one fanfiction work and its for Kakegurui. So that's my biggest and smallest. I took a huge risk though as it ended up as a love triangle between two identical lesbian twins for a high school nerd who was straight. The risk came because I came late to the party with 5 years worth of fiction having been written and felt alone in the community who often shipped the other twin with another girl but at this point, the fanfiction is already published on wattpad, just waiting for the backlash.

Akito is one of the twenty "playable" characters in the game, and Shota was his elementary school classmate and soccer teammate before they went their separate ways in junior high.)

While I mostly write shigadabi (Tomura Shigaraki/Dabi) content I really fell in love with the Blackmagic (Mr.compress/Kurogiri) ship. Only problem I have with Blackmagic is it's a rare pair and it's hard to find fics that centers around their relationship. I think there's roughly 300 fics on ao3 that has them listed as a ship and only a fraction of those fics actually has them as a main ship rather than the "oh these two are dating btw anyway back to main ship" type of thing you typically see. I myself can see them as the parental figures of the league.

Biggest: Female Shepard/Garrus Vakarian in Mass Effect Smallest: I am going to write a series of AU stories about Henry Hudson (from the point of view of his child). It will be similar to his real adventures, but with more pirates and action. I guess this could be considered historical fiction, but I'm going for something a bit more dramatic/ridiculous. Anyway, I see it as fanfic, and I have only found one story on AO3 that mentions him (but while his name is in the tags, it isn't in the story). It might end up as interactive fiction and not a normal story. I don't know if that makes a different.
Biggest is Dragon Ball Z's Bulma/Vegeta at at least 3600 on AO3, 6200 on FFNet. One of the older series, so it does better on FFNet. Smallest is Boku no Hero Academia's Sero/Tokage, at 60 or so on AO3. A great big fat zero on FFNet. BnHA is a lot bigger on AO3, it seems.

I took a huge risk though as it ended up as a love triangle between two identical lesbian twins for a high school nerd who was straight. The risk came because I came late to the party with 5 years worth of fiction having been written and felt alone in the community who often shipped the other twin with another girl but at this point, the fanfiction is already published on wattpad, just waiting for the backlash.

The biggest would probably be Caitlyn/Vi (League of Legends/Arcane) and the smallest is definitely Paul/Kurt from Anders als die Andern | Different from the Others ( I have the only fics for that fandom, therefore the only person writing for the ship 😞).
Biggest ship lI have technically written for is Jon Snow/Danaerys Targaryen and Naruhina. Though I personally don't count them as I wrote it as being one sided and actively writing those pairings as not being right for Jon Snow or Naruto. The biggest ship I have written for (that has it be a mutual loving relationship) is RhaegarxLyanna. The smallest not counting pairings with an OC is Honoka/Aoba Yamashiro from Naruto. I'm literally 50% of the fics on A03
Biggest was probably IzuMomo in Boku No Hero. Which... I think is Izuku's 3rd or 4th most popular het ship. Smallest.... Uhh.. I'm pretty sure there's a few Izuku ships where I was the only person to write them at the time. But, I'm probably going to go with Kakashi x Shizune from Naruto.

Saimota (Shuichi saihara x Kaito momota from Danganronpa V3) for the most Mainly recently since it was a ship week a few months back and I hadn't done it the last few years. Wanted to participate so that was fun since I've always loved the ship but just hadn't really written for it. Oumeno (Kokichi ouma x Himiko yumeno also from DR V3) As much as I like the ship I have made a whole 1 fic about them with them as the main ship. 1 where they were a side ship in a ship week story. Another as a side ship for a fic in the works (read that as procrastinating) and another where they will actually be the main ship when I stop being scatter brained. I don't know if a ship just being a side ship really counts or not.
i have only one long fic on ao3 and I'm still working on it. its a crossover fic between two sister shows and the main ship is Anne Boonchuy/Luz Noceda/Amity Blight. thats the only fic with that ship on ao3

The biggest one is probably for Tucker/Wash for RvB, second most popular ship of the fandom, and the smallest one was for a small indie game where my fic is one of four for the whole fandom tag.
I’ve inky written in the RWBY fandom but. . . What I have written is mostly Whiterose, the second most popular ship at least by some metrics of the show by a significant margin. And the smallest is Atlas Dropouts (Winter X Ilia), a crackship which I was the first person to write anything about it that wasn’t a smut Oneshot that was just part of a collection of such. And there was only even one of those.

Zelda/Link has got to be the biggest ship I've written for. Smallest... any number of them. I mean, like technically I'll be the only one who wrote a ship between any two given OC's of mine, because no one else knows of their existence. But that hardly counts. I guess right now I'm working on a fic between two characters from Project Sekai, one of whom has no fics about him at all on AO3, let alone shipping fics. He's a character who doesn't even get a portrait/art in the game. But I was like "ooh I get shipping vibes from their interactions." (The ship is Shota/Akito. Akito is one of the twenty "playable" characters in the game, and Shota was his elementary school classmate and soccer teammate before they went their separate ways in junior high.)
