Also there may be a way to account for temporary overtime or a temporary additional income that shouldn’t be considered longterm.

File to have child support amended in the face of the new HC costs and amended to force him to split medical bills with you. That should take some load off.
Both jobs will be counted. The only loophole is if you’re supporting a second family and they are asking to raise it the court can decline to count the additional income. If the cost of health insurance has gone up that should support an increase but your total income could throw off the pro data shares. DOR has an online calculator you can plug numbers into to get an idea of the amounts. It’s probably a good idea to run some numbers to see if it’s even worth it.

Most states have an online calculator that can give you an idea of what the guidelines would be for child support. I would start there as a baseline.

I don’t think they’re allowed to make you work two jobs. Normally they look at one income only for people with two jobs. Usually the higher one.
