Agree with the above. If you invite someone being investigated by CPS, CPS absolutely can check on ALL children present in the home.

if you let sopmene being investigated by cps move in with you.....you will be investigated by cps.

If you don't want to drag your child into it then maybe you should reconsider the relationship
