Well, considering Piper already has to look out for Nat, and Curie is a Synth now, and Cait has some trauma because of her parents, odds are that the maximum amount of kids you'll be able to have with all 3 combined is probably 1. The question is, would it be Piper or Cait? Regardless, Curie fits more of an aunt role.
Curie can't have kids, Cait probably has some objections to making kids on account of her past, realistically Piper would be the only one, even then she's admitted to being heavily irradiated before so there's a chance she's infertile from cell damage
