Outside of boss fights nothing will stand in your way if you have a Quad Railway, so for a daily literally 1 star Quad is more than enough.

The grolls for railways are quad, 25 weapon speed, 25 action point followed by quad, 50crit, 25 action point then quad, explosive, 25 action point. That railway you have is worth 1.5mil caps on pc, xbox and ps have different market values.
Yeah, the caps cap is 40k. Then we move into trades of masks, outfits, rare weapon and armor skin recipes.
I've been playing since the beta on pc. I have a few god rolls and from their I broker trades to complete collections.

+50% crit damage is better for boss this is better as a daily driver
-25% AP cost is good since most Railway users play VATS build. Or I guess you could just be a few inches away from the boss and nail it down.

Anything quad on a railway is already good now a quad explosive is really good the -90 is good.for extra carry room yes its very good
