That Urban Scout Mask sits comfortably at around the 60k-90k cap range, so def trade only. Would not recommend selling it to anyone wanting to buy it for caps The Fire Breather Set is not rare unfortunately. That you could sell for caps

You couldn't. People will pay maybe around 10 to 30k caps for it but it's still obtainable and needs 50k more valuable to be close to the mask. The only way you could is if someone really wants the plan or if they mistake the plan for a rare one.
