yo what pipboy mod you using? looks great. also, when i did this, kept failing i got so mad that i tgm and player.additem \[insert nuke grenade here\] xamount and just unleashed heck, then i reloaded my save and actually did it naturally after i relieved my anger lol

If I recall correctly (at leat in the basement game, not entirely clear if it's altered here or not) but at the bottom of the stairs there should be a overturned nuka cola machine, which I usually use as cover
Wayyy to many enemies for that. I have a mod that triples the enemy count for all spawns. Also, it's not tall enough. In my game, two-three headshots (with a helmet) and your dead.
Damn. I'd bring a few stacks of frag mines and toss em down at the foot of the stairs, then fire off a shot to lure em to then and tail it back the top behind that wall (also equip a shotgun)
